Communication is very good. We used whatssapp and they are very easy to contact.very helpful staff. The only problem we had was the hot water for the shower. After 1 person, the shower starts getting cold. Very close to the colosseum so we had the chance to see it by night.

Easy check in and the woman who checked us in was very helpful, gave us a layout of the city and explained the public transportation for us, making it easy to make our tour the next day. Great location, every local we talked to told us we are staying in a great part of the city!

Good solution for a short period holiday

Really good position: quite area, 10 minutes on foot from Colosseo, 30 minutes on foot from Termini Station. Nearby there are markets, restaurants and bars. The flat offers all you need during a short period holiday. I just notice, only to be complete, that some things could be perfectible: in the bathroom there wasn't a towel stand, the wi-fi from kitchen was almost unavailable.

Fantastico! An absolutely lovely, secure apartment perfectly situated for sightseeing and experiencing a traditional neighbourhood. The accommodation is large and situated on a narrow, meandering Via within the first floor of an old classic building accessed by a stone staircase and has charming vaulted ceilings and shuttered windows, yet is equipped with modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Absolutely everything you need is provided (towels, bed linen (including for the sofa bed which was made up on arrival for my 14 year old son) fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathroom toiletries, iron/ironing board, wide screen t.v. with Netflix, wi-fi etc) and was extremely clean. Contact the apartment management prior to arrival and a representative meets you at the premises and shows you around and how everything works - the gent who met us spoke excellent English and was extremely welcoming and helpful making the whole process easy and enjoyable. The neighbourhood is typical old Roma with plenty of places to eat within minutes, grocery shops and mini-markets dotted around, several local Piazzas worth visiting to observe local life, and combines traditional aspects with trendy in the surrounding area. All the major sights are within walking distance (including Vatican City). Simply, Clementina Charme My Extra Home is superb and provides independence and flexibility to the occupants, and we will definitely use this apartment every time from now on when we return.
