Lieu et accueil magnifique !
Nous avons été accueillis de façon très ponctuelle par le propriétaire d'une gentillesse incroyable avec en prime une bouteille de vin offerte ! L'appartement est parfait. On y trouve une machine à laver, lave vaisselle, cafetière, frigo congélateur. Tout le matériel nécessaire et de quoi faire du café pour 1 semaine. Les 2 chambres sont indépendantes et l'une d'entre elle se trouve dans le salon. Dans chaque pièce de trouve une TV pour ceux qui le souhaitent et accès au wifi et Netflix. Le lieu était très propre à notre arrivée. La cuisine et la salle de bain sont impeccables. Vous avez un balcon et une vue très agréable sur la rue et l'église. La situation géographique est incroyable entre la piazza del Popolo et la piazza Spagna. Le métro, si besoin, est à 100 mètres. Tout peut se faire à pied. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce lieu pour votre passage à Rome, c'est véritablement parfait ! 👍 Encore merci au propriétaire !

I stayed here with my parents. The apartment was very clean and perfectly located. The host was extremely accommodating. The building has a lift that made it easy for my parents to avoid too many stairs. I highly recommend.

Great location, home and host!
Enrico made everything go so smoothly. He and his team were able to allow us to check in earlier, gave us recommendations for restaurants and even generously gave us a welcome gift. He even checked on us periodically to see how we were doing. His property is in a great location, and we had no issues with noise. My spouse and our boys even enjoyed people watching from the balcony in the evenings. I would not hesitate to stay there again, and we are very grateful that he was willing to share his property with us. It helped make our trip much more memorable. Thank you so much.

Comfortable, Well-Equipped Apartment in the Heart of High End Shops & 5 minutes to the Spanish Steps
Here in the heat of summer and grateful for cool marble floors & air-conditioning in this spacious two-bedroom apt. 30- 40 minute walk to the Vatican, 20-minute walk to many other sights of interest. Taxi stand 5 minutes away for a smooth ride to the airport. We're a family of four and did some cooking - a gourmet grocery store is 5 minutes away. The kitchen could use a few more tools. Otherwise a very well-equipped apt for our three-night stay.

Great time in Rome!
We had a wonderful time at Enrico's place in Rome. You cannot beat this location, just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. Great neighborhood, lively and energetic during the day, quiet at night. We had an easy walk to all the best spots or a short cab ride. Enrico checked in often and gave us great local restaurant recommendations. Great take away pasta and amazing tiramisu spot right around the corner. We had my wife, two boys age 15 and 11 and the space was the perfect size. Air conditioning is new and worked so well....this was so important in 90+ degree heat. Staying in the shade on the tours and then coming home to cool off for a couple hours a day helped keep everyone comfortable. I highly recommend staying with Enrico this apartment is beautiful and we found it perfect for our visit to Rome.

Great location. Very close to Spanish steps, metro, taxi stand, shops, and lots of cafes and restaurants. The owner recommended great places to eat. The apartment has everything you might need, including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The host was super responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A delightful apartment overlooking the street and restaurants. We could walk to all the historical sights. A block. And 1/2 to the Spanish Steps. Enricho is extremely responsive and made our stay flawless. We were three ladies traveling and felt completely safe.

We are a family of four (with 15 yr and 12 yr old boys) , and we stayed for 3 days. We have a very nice stay. The apartment was a true two bedroom, and comfortable for 4. Nicely furnished with a cute balcony. Importantly, the location was superb - right next to Spanish steps. Cute streets all around with cafes and shops, and importantly for us, a taxi stand right there next to the apartment (and the Spanish steps). We had a great time, and I would recommend this property.

Bellissimo Appartmento!
Enrico's apartment is lovely!! I stayed there for 4 nights in early November with a friend who joined me for the last leg of my 7 week trip to France and Italy. We are recently-retired women who felt very secure in the apartment and neighborhood. It was so nice have a nicely-furnished, spacious bedroom with a walk-in closet and a very comfortable bed. It's perfect for a family and the room with the twin beds (which can be set up as a queen) has satellite TV. The place is sparkling clean with sheets that are ironed and towels that are fluffy and fragrant. There is plenty of natural lighting along with several table lamps and overhead light fixtures. The windows are new and very effective in blocking outdoor noise and you can close the shutters if you want total darkness when you sleep. (I am a very light sleeper but had no problems here.) Via Babuino, where Enrico's apartment is located, is a perfect location for walking to all of Rome's major attractions. A short walk in one direction and you are at the Spanish Steps, the other direction takes you to Piazza del Popolo where you can take a taxi to the airport for 48 E (Uber Black is 90). There is haute couture shopping and plenty of fine restaurants in the neighborhood, you can't go wrong! Enrico was an excellent communicator and very responsive when I contacted him to let him know that we were having difficulty unlocking the front door (you have to pull it toward you when you are turning the key). And, we particularly enjoyed the delicious wine he left to welcome us. I will definitely stay here again and will wholeheartedly recommend it to friends and family. Thank you, Enrico!

Absolutely Perfect!
This flat is absolutely perfect for a stay in Rome. I was a mom traveling with my 13 year old and safety and convenience was my primary concern. This flat was absolute perfection. It is spacious, clean, well stocked and in the PERFECT location. The street opens on one end (a few blocks) to the Spanish Steps and on the other is Piazza del Popolo. A short walk to most locations and if not, the Metro is at the Spanish steps as well as a taxi stop. It is a sweet quiet street with many of the high end designer stores - very safe even at night. The AC works well and it is dark and quiet in the am. It could truly not be more convenient. It is half of a block away from a general grocery store as well as a specialty grocery store with tons of gluten free options, There is also a restaurant near the Spanish steps - Ristorante Leonardo - that has amazing gluten free pizza as well as pasta and main course options. It was truly a magical location and a wonderful flat! We will certainly return!

The apartment was great! Wonderful location, clean, perfect for our purposes for a family vacation with two young kids. We were met with the keys when we arrived. We felt like real Romans leaving our home everyday and heading out to explore. Try Patisserie D'Angelo on Via Della Croce - amazing!

Close to everything
We loved our stay at Via Babuinos house. It is waking distance to most attractions in Rome. Every night we will grab a gellato and stroll Via del Corzo or the Spanish steps before getting to our comfortable house. The house was perfect for a family of 4, the boys had their own room with their TV and enough channels with movies in English. The house has all the essentials and there is a Carrefour a couple of blocks away. Our host Enrico was the best, he was waiting for us on our arrival, and gave us great information about the house, the area, how to get to our destinations. He have great restaurant recommendations and even some short day trips outside of Rome. Grazie Enrico!

It was everything we needed. Close to the Spanish Steps and the metro that could take us everywhere else. Very comfy beds. The internet connection was shaky at times and could probably use a new router, but overall great experience.

Perfect location, lovely apartment
This apartment is clean, simple, lovely, and has everything you need. It is located in the perfect area to explore and enjoy Rome easily, very central for walking everywhere but also near the Metro station. Enrico is wonderful, he met us when we arrived and was very helpful, providing tips of great places to eat and other details we should know. Communication was great as well. Highly recommend this property.
