Close to the airport
very close to the airport and Luigi (the driver) who drove us from the airport to the hotel was extremely nice and friendly. The night receptionist (man) was a bit rude and rushing us when we asked to many questions. Internet worked. Great breakfast. the rooms were clean but a bit small. We thought that since the location is a bit close to the airport and it would be very loud at night, but in fact, the flights are not active and was very quiet

The rooms were clean and comfortable, great shower and close to a walkway to the beach with many restaurants. The staff was exceptional, especially Stefano, who was kind, generous, friendly and helpful. For a one-night stay before a flight out of Rome, clearly the best accommodation ever!

Staff were great. The room was fine, I didn’t like that there was no drink making facilities at all anywhere. There were two small bottles in the room . If they don’t want to put a kettle etc in the room they could have a vending machines in the lobby.

we do not understand your strange low feedback, you have chose one comfort large suite just renoved with all comforts. 45 square meters, large shower, king bed, two large rooms, .......very strange! it is very impossible.

I booked a stay at this hotel due to an unexpected flight delay, needing a place to rest in the early hours. Despite its convenient location just 10 minutes from the airport, my experience was deeply unsatisfactory. Upon arrival I was met with a closed hotel with no signs or indications of how to access my booked room. The temperature was frigid, and my partner and I were left outside, without any staff to assist or even open the door for us. Attempts to contact the hotel were futile, and subsequent communications through Expedia to secure a refund were equally disappointing, as the hotel refused to refund for the 1 day stay. This experience was not only inconvenient but also distressing, costing me time, money, and comfort. I strongly advise against booking with this hotel. The lack of accountability and customer support in resolving such a straightforward issue is unacceptable. Potential guests should consider other accommodations to avoid similar ordeals.

It is clearly stated on all our online platforms that our reception is open from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm. In addition to this, we send numerous messages to our guests to ensure their timely arrival. We also have a self-check-in procedure that must be pre-arranged through the messages we constantly send to our guests. We accept several guests every night who, upon paying attention during the booking process, contact us and successfully complete the self-check-in procedure.Since you clearly did not read any information about our hotel, we do not feel responsible for what happened. We kindly ask you to remove your review as it is evident that you did not stay at our hotel. Otherwise, we will let Expedia take the necessary actions to protect us.Most importantly, we urge you to take responsibility for your actions and read the information provided before booking. You also did not bother to respond to the numerous messages we sent you at the time of booking to assist you with the self-check-in process.

We were there in early April, it was hot in the afternoon, we were on the west side. We ask to turn on the AC, they said the AC doesn't turn on until May--- Yet it was advertised WITH AC..

Dear Sirs our Guests due to weather temperature request only heating and warm rooms it is very strange with 13 degrees ask for air conditioning. we apologyse but systems ar made to work one position at time and set it in air conditioning systems means turn all the rooms with special assistance made from the care heating company.

Tuttavia, abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e per tutta la nostra permanenza il servizio di pulizia in camera era ricoprire il letto e pulire i sanitari. Al check out (dichiarato dal sito dalle 4 alle 10) alle 8.30 abbiamo dovuto lasciare le chiavi a una cameriera che passava di lì perché la reception era chiusa senza indicazioni.

I stayed for one night and hotel was very convenient location from airport (hardly 5 minutes drive). The staff was exceptional helpful. A big thumbs up to Alex for staying late at the hotel to hand me the room keys (because my flight got delayed) he was very helpful and nice person. Thank you Alex.
