In the heart of Rome, a stone's throw from the most important monuments of the city, right behind the Pantheon (of which it is possible to admire the dome from the private terrace and from the large windows of the bedrooms).
The apartment has 3 bright bedrooms with large windows (equipped with blackout curtains) overlooking the dome of the Pantheon and two living rooms, one large and bright with a spectacular view of the domes of S.Pietro, S.Agnese, Piazza S.Eustachio and S.Ivo alla Sapienza and the other smaller living room with adjoining kitchenette.
Another independent kitchen complete with all the equipment (in total in the two kitchens there are 6 electric hobs and two ovens, one electric, the other microwave and two refrigerators with freezer) with a view over the roofs of the city.
Upon arrival guests will also have a welcome for breakfast and cuisine
4 small bathrooms (three with shower).

In the first living room there is a queen size double sofa bed with two single futon beds.
In the second living room a queen size double sofa bed.
Wardrobes in each bedroom.
The apartment has all the comforts:
1) independent air conditioning/heating
2) wi-fi works perfectly
3) sheets and towels provided, thorough and scrupulous cleaning
4) two televisions in the living rooms (one with Netflix and Amazon Video)
5) 2 washing machines
6) iron and ironing board
7) hairdryer and hair straightener.
The apartment is in the heart of the city so within walking distance guests will find elegant shops of all kinds, open-air markets with typical products, supermarkets, clubs, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors and in the nearby Via del Corso the most famous shops of the best brands for shopping.
Furthermore, it is possible to reach the most evocative places in the city on foot, Piazza Navona, the Trevi fountain, S. Pietro the Colosseum, Campo di Fiori, Piazza di Spagna can all be reached with a short walk.
Near the apartment they will find all the neighborhoods of the city such as Trastevere and Monti, suggestive and famous for their clubs and restaurants.
The taxi station is next to the Pantheon, in front of the entrance to the building, and from the Largo Argentina square there are buses and taxis to easily reach the airport or the station.
Furthermore, it is also possible to book a comfortable and reliable private transport service.

Wow!

Wonderful place! We were greeted by our host who had an assortment of snacks ready for us! The amenities can’t be beat. The place has everything, including a much appreciated elevator! The location was perfect for us.

Magnifiquement bien placé... mais annonce incorrecte !

Cet appartement est idéalement situé, à 100m du Panthéon ! Mais contrairement à ce que mentionnait l'annonce il y a encore quelques jours il n'y a que 3 chambres et non 5 (l’annonce a été modifiée depuis !) les 2 autres emplacements pour dormir sont dans l'espace salon (très petit) dans un canapé et des lits d'appoints dans le couloir et dans une "anti-chambre" de passage pour accéder à une des chambres, c'est peut être pratique pour des jeunes mais pas pour un couple d'adultes qui nécessite un minimum d'intimité et de quoi ranger ses propres affaires ! En gros cet appartement n'est pas dimensionné pour 13 personnes comme indiqué dans l’annonce initialement mais tout au plus pour 3 couples d'adultes avec éventuellement 2 grands enfants ou plus si vous aimez le camping... Question pratique, il n'y a donc que 3 salles de bains à partager avec ceux qui n'ont pas de chambres (logique), certes les douches sont très petites mais ça passe, on ne vit pas dedans, côté salon la table du salon doit être rallongée pour accueillir plus de 6-8 personnes et prendra toute la place de l'espace salon ; quant à la cuisine, les ustensiles et les plaques de cuisson, tout est très limité pour pouvoir faire de la cuisine pour beaucoup, la vaisselle est quand même très limitées également : 5 verres à vin et 4 flutes à champagne pour 13 ?... cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour pour peu qu'on soit "tout-terrain" !

L'appartement ne correspondait pas à l'annonce : 5 chambres annoncées, il n'y en avait que 3. Une personne de notre groupe (nous étions 9) dormait dans la salle à manger, sans porte ! Une autre derrière une cloison de la salle à manger près d'un placard à vaisselle, c'est dire l'intimité (photos disponibles)! Dans les placards peu fonctionnels (peu ou pas d'étagères), des porte manteaux de pressing en métal, tordus pour la plupart. Egalement ustensiles de cuisine inadaptés aux plaques de cuisson. La disponibilité d'Antonella n'a pas occulté ces problèmes !

Fantastic Views and Location

Even the children raved about looking out at the pantheon and rooftops of Rome! The flat was well equipped and our host very generous in providing coffee and snacks for us. We highly recommend this home. One clarification is that there are 3 bedrooms, 2 pullout sofas and 2 folding cots, making for a little awkward sleeping arrangements for our large group of 7 adults and 2 kids. Also, the location on the top floor (no lift) meant hauling bags and walking up and down 130 steps…a challenge for the fittest among us. But the location…unbeatable!

Wohnung mit Stil. Betten waren gemacht, Gästewirtin sehr nett und unkompliziert. Es war für die erste Zeit genügend kleine Vorräte da. Eine Top Filterkaffeemaschine. Mit dem Induktionsherd sind wir nicht immer klar gekommmen, vielleicht bräuchte es ein oder zwei neue Induktionstöpfe. Waschmaschine und KÜhlschrank( Mit großem Eisfach) super - teils bestückt. Einen Besen + Kehrblech haben wir vermisst, da wir ja länger da waren. Hygieneartikel alles vorhanden - traumhafter Ausblick

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is fantastic for larger groups and is in a perfect location. Being close to all the weights made it easy to travel with kids. We used the train and bus to come into the city and drove in on a Sunday when we were checking out. Great views in the morning. Loved this spot.

Amazing location

This property is in the perfect location and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was large and comfortable but it was a little more difficult for my parents in their 70s to navigate the stairs multiple times a day. Antonella was also very quick to respond and was able to quickly come to the property when we needed help.

We had a great stay , close to restaurants and bus lines. The only down side is the 4 flight of stairs , but when visiting Rome , you expect to be walking and doing stairs every you go .

Great Location in Rome

We loved being right in the middle of the city where we could walk to most everything. The air conditioning was most welcome as it was extremely hot during our stay. The listing mentioned all the stairs and they are definitely very difficult to navigate, especially in the heat. We very much appreciated all the food Antonella left for us. Having 10 of us there was a bit crowded, as some of the showers/sleeping areas weren't very private. We appreciated the washing machine, although we did run out of hot water for showers when washing and showering at the same time. We enjoyed visiting the restaurant Miscellanea which was right outside the door - handy for a snack or drink!

Awesome stay

The property was great. Amazing location. The stairs were challenging but I tried to look at it as a workout. (Never skip leg day). I would definitely recommend this apartment. Especially for a larger group. No issues and everything was as advertised. Antonella was very responsive and checked in periodically without being over bearing. Just perfect.

Perfect Place for Family as long as you are ok with steps!

Absolutely loved this place. Reasons Why: 1) Location Location Location (50 yards from Pantheon) 2/10 of a mile from Piazza Navona, walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps and Colosseum (think it was just over a mile to Colosseum). 2) Air Conditioning- it was quite warm in Rome, but the AC was delightful. 3) Beds were very comfortable 4) Shower water was hot and pressure was great 5) Snacks, yogurt, and some beverages were provided by host 6. Host set us up with great transfer to/from FCO Things to note that may or may not work for your group: 1) There are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, my 77 year old mom did it, but she walks miles every day. But as of now, there is no elevator so be warned. 2) layout of the place. Basically you have 3 private bedrooms. They were set up as doubles for us, but I think they can break at least one of the doubles up. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there were two couches that pulled out into double sized beds. One of those couches was in the main living room and the other couch was in a room that was next to one of the private rooms (it was pretty much out of the way out of the rest of the apartment except for one room). Bathrooms were tight, but it is Rome afterall.

Large family trip

This was a great property for our large family of 10. The location can't be beat. The 110 stairs to the 4th floor are hard!! If anyone had mobility issues, it would be a problem. We were there for 1 week and there was never any work done on the elevator construction, I would not assume it will be finished anytime soon.

Wonderful Location and Spacious Layout!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The hostess was excellent with communication and met us at the apartment to show us around. Yes, there are 100+ steps to get to the apartment, but there is an elevator being built/installed that may be done in the next few months or so. Anyway, for our family of four, this was more than enough space to spread out comfortably. Highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for perfectly central location to everything in Rome!!

Tight for 10 adults. 4 stairways all under construction.

Central location next to Pantheon but over a km to nearest subway. Four flights to carry luggage up in state of construction for elevator someday, 2 kitchens with two full refrigerators but only 3 real bedrooms. For the 10 adults in our party, two had to sleep on foldout coach in living/dining room and 2 on a foldout coach in second kitchen, which was also only access to porch so extreme lack of privacy for them. Recommend for a max of 6 adults or two families of four each. No dishwasher, no drier. Showers were tiny 2 feet x 2 feet, one required over 1 foot step up/down. Main kitchen only holds one person at a time, ladder like stairway to climb out high window to get to deck. Overall cramped and strange but that comes from trying to list so many people in such a tight historic space.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome

En plein cœur de Rome, juste à côté du Panthéon, l’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal pour rejoindre à pied les principaux sites. L’appartement est confortable et bien équipé, même si les salles de bains sont un peu étroites. Tout est prévu pour le petit déjeuner, ce qui est très appréciable. Omg that location

Had 11 Days at the apartment and I would stay here again. Family of 5 What a location I could throw a tennis ball and hit the Pantheon. And had a view of it from a number of places in the apartment. Loads of places to eat super close. 4 toilets 3 bathrooms 2 kitchens The stairs became part of our day and we Took pride in climbing them to get that amazing view Antonella was very helpful, checked us in personally and did the tour made sure we had bread, jam, yogurt and a few other essentials. Great sleep quality Thanks for making us so welcome Antonella.
