The property and staff were wonderful! And I loved the gym, spa, and cafe next door! The front desk staff spoke english, and the breakfast was excellent. Only trouble was as expected...the location...it's a bus to the metro to get to downtown, mostly 2 metro rides...so each day was a bit of a slog. Limited food within walking distance of the hotel, but it met our needs. The neighborhood looked worse to American eyes (unkept yards, graffiti) than I expect it actually was. But, that meant it was half the price or lower from city center properties

Bilderna på pool på hotellet stämmer inte. Denna pool är inte hotellets pool utan kommunens pool där det är olika klasser och simlektioner och som hotellgäster ville hotellet ha betalat för poolen 10 euro/ pp. Dessutom fick inte barn vara där vilket var enda anledningen jag valde detta hotellet Frukost riktigt dålig Personal i receptionen riktigt dåliga Detta är max max en trestjärnigt hotell

Property is excellent but far away from City Central and it may be difficult for tourists who are not familiar with commute systems .

Staff seemed worked too hard; over night crew seemed to be inconvenienced by late check in. Facilities were an old apartment building (maybe hospital?) that was converted. Area the hotel was in was awful. 4 star rating made my standards too high.

Elegant and quality breakfast
Perfect in all aspects. Parking place free im front of the Hotel, great facilities. It's not new but is still very modern and classy. Very good breakfast, very kind staff. Easy to reach , city cebter is just 20 kins by car. I'll be back there when ill be in Rome flying from both Ciampino and Fiumicino.

Le coffre pour mettre nos effets de valeur ne fonctionnait pas. Bien que nous somme rester qu'une seule nuit, nous avons avisé la réception, mais personne n'est venu la réparer/changer. De plus, nous avons eu du mal à trouver la piscine puisqu'elle se trouvait dans le complexe sportif qui est juste à côté de l'hôtel. Après avoir demander le chemin une 3e fois, l'employé nous a explicitement dit que la piscine était dans le complexe. Finalement, la réceptionniste du complexe nous a informé qu'il fallait absolument un casque de bain pour aller dans la piscine. Il était possible d'en acheter sur place, mais nous avons préféré ne pas en acheter et simplement se faire griller sur les chaises longues. Aussi, le déjeuner était suffisant bien que très sucré.

Troede vi sku på et 4 stjernet spa ophold. Spa afdelingen var meget lille, meget slidt,masser af løse fliser. der var ingen omklædning til spa afd. det foregik på et toilet. Der stod vi ville få en flaske vin da vi har silver medlemsskab, det fik vi ikke. Personalet uengageret og ikke ret servicemindet. Værelset var lille men okay. Morgenmad var fin, ikk super.

The worst 4 stars hotel I’ve ever visit. 1.No coffee/tea/hot water in room 2. No iron in room ( and not in the entire hotel) 3. All SPA /pool.. facilities are outside the hotel (2-3 minutes walking) 4. The location is in middle of nowhere. 5. Excluding one nice lady , the front desk young stuff are not in the mood to give service 6.breakfast is poor, no fruits/vegetables at all .. Do not go there, no matter what.

È comodo per chi deve frequentare l'IFO, a due fermate di autobus, struttura bella, nuova e comoda. Unica nota negativa è che gli asciugamani avevano un odore di chiuso, ma del resto comprensibile dopo la pandemia. Per il resto sono stata benissimo

L'albergo non aveva acqua calda, apparentemente per problemi di ACEA, ma il personale non mi ha avvisato del disservizio e quando ho annullato la seconda notte non ho ricevuto il rimborso. Oso dire imbarazzante.

Hotel senza palestra, senza spa e senza ristorante
Ho scelto questo hotel perché avrebbe dovuto avere la palestra e la spa ma non le ha! Si appoggia a un centro sportivo ESTERNO strapieno di gente, dove per entrare bisogna fare la fila insieme alle persone che rinnovano gli abbonamenti e idem prima di andarsene! Inoltre per la spa non vengono fornite le ciabatte e nessuno si degna almeno di avvisare. Anche il ristorante NON c’è, ma se si vuole si può fruire di quello del centro sportivo... ovviamente inesistente anche il servizio in camera
