Low price hotel in 3 star, good location and clean
It is very cheap. It provide low priced breakfast (EUR 5.00). We just walk about 2 mins from the railway station (termini). There is a big supermarket nearby. Recommend!

丢东西！！没有水！！！
这是住过的最糟糕的酒店！！！我从来没有给过酒店差评，但这个忍不了了！！ 第一条： 第一天入住，没有水！！是的，不光没有热水，基本的水都没有！！别提洗澡了！！外面三十六七度的高温回来只想冲个澡，问了前台一大堆解释其中包括罗马很久没有下雨了，所以限制用水量，说别的酒店也这样，但是第二天我们在景点排队时碰到两个人聊天，他们完全没遇到这种情况！ 第二条： 第二天晚上回酒店发现我们自己带的三瓶洗发水护发素沐浴露没有了，我们本来在第一天打算洗澡的，所以都放在了浴室里，这三瓶至少都剩了一半，打电话问前台，前台说sorry啊不知道啊，明天再问吧，清洁工都下班了，我会给明天值班的前台留信息的，明天你们才能解决。第三天一早我们退房并问前台为什么我们的东西没了，前台说不知道啊（配标准耸肩动作），那只有给你们说声对不起了。？？？？？？？what？？？？我们丢的虽然不是贵重东西，但是今天丢洗发水明天丢别的你们也这态度？？前台在我们的质问下打电话问清洁工，那边回答不知道。前台给我们回复那就没办法了，sorry啊。。。 如果不是为了赶飞机，就冲他们解决问题的方法态度我们真的想耗在那里，东西不值钱但是气不过！！！一点处理问题的能力和该有的态度都没有！！！ 第三条： Wi-Fi是要注册才能连的，注册后也连不上！！！ 差评！！！！！！！！！！！

飯店位置靠近Termini車站,交通很方便,衛浴設備稍差,但還OK!
服務人員態度親切,住宿地點靠近車站很方便,我們晚上到一下子就找到飯店,櫃台人員服務很好,飯店設備雖不及五星級,但對我們來說已經夠用了!早餐也很豐盛!

Hotel is very old and the quality of towel is very bad!!!! Hair dryer is very old style..... But the location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and nice.

The hotel is 2 blocks from the Roma Central Train station/Metro station and bus depot. You can reach pretty much all attractions at ease. There are a lot of restaurants within one block; almost off of them have inside and outside dining. The staff are helpful. There is a wonderful local bakery just a block north of the hotel. You must try it. The hotel is right next to the tram track which can be loud during the day. There are many outside dining restaurants nearby. Most of them are busy till 10 PM. In the morning, all the restaurant and street trash is visible. There are homeless people around the area in addition to groups of questionable young men at late night and even early in the morning in the surrounding. The hotel reception eagerly told me that they recently remodeled my room. The remodel was nice in the pictures. They do have a spacious restroom with shower. However, the hotel should get it money back. Here are my few problems. There is no place to hang your cloth in the bathroom. They replaced the sink with double size, there is no surface to put anything on. Not sure what is going on with the shower, If drain plate is movable. If it is not in the right location, it blocked the drain. The water covered my feet, and I almost flooded the room. And the shower stall leaks from the base of the door and the back of the shower stall. Last complaint, the mates ignored the "do not disturb" sign and went in to clean the room.

All three staff at the desk were very helpful and friendly. Appreciated storing our luggage both before checking in and after checking out. The facility could have been better. The shower door didn’t close tightly so you couldn’t avoid water spilling onto the bathroom floor.

The staff was super friendly and respectful. The room was old, noisy outside, the bathroom very small but clean. Location was good since Termini and busses are just 5 minute walk. So it's very convenient if you want to move around in train, bus or rail.

We went to the hotel around 18:00 and had to wait a bit for check-in, but I didn't mind. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. I really liked that there was a separate sink for ablution. The location of the hotel was very good, we could easily walk everywhere and return to the airport easily. There was just a lot of noise outside until late at night. A perfect price performance hotel. Recommended. :)

La habitación no se correspondía con las fotos, por ejemplo en la ausencia de cortinas. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien y por la ventana entraba mucho ruido y luz. Dicho esto el personal se esforzó en hacer nuestra estancia más satisfactoria y todo estaba muy limpio. La zona es perfecta para coger cualquier transporte público al estar a 3 minutos de Termini.

Localização excelente, fica a 20 minutos a pé do Coliseu e a 10 da igreja de Santa Maria de lá Maggiore. Áreas comuns bem sujas. Café da manhã com poucas opções e em um determinado momento o funcionário abriu a máquina de café e o estado de limpeza interna era péssimo, insalubre. Funcionários atenciosos. O Paulo, recepcionista, além de falar português deu boas dicas sobre os arredores do hotel.
