The service is fine, but the waiter
The service is fine, but the waiter was not really friendly. The room is clear expecially the bathroom is very good. The location is very closed to the railway and metro. Overall, it is good.

Un ottima soluzione per una notte/due senza allontanarsi troppo da termini. Ben collegato a 5 minuti dalla fermata Manzoni della Metro A. La struttura è poco esigente, essendo una vecchia costruzione romana le mura non sono troppo spesse e può capitare di sentire rumori dai "vicini". Ho trovato molto scomodo il materasso e praticamente assente la TV (il monitor in dotazione era così piccolo da impedirne la visione) Il personale è molto gentile e la possibilità di effettuare il check-in anche nella mattina è stato molto comodo. La nostra camera non era pronta ed hanno provveduto subito ad assegnarcene un altra già disponibile.

The hotel was situated in the perfect location for sightseeing famous historic landmarks. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and very spacious. Only fault was that it didn't have a lift and we were on the 2nd floor with a lot of luggage.

Hotel pequeño pero acogedor
El hotel para ir a dormir esta bien, la pega es que hacen las habitaciones demasiado pronto. A las 6 de la mañana ya estan dando golpes las camareras de piso. Estuvimos en la planta baja, supongo que en las plantas superiores no se oira tanto. El desayuno esta muy bien, aun siendo en un salon pequeñito, tenia acceso a una terraza jardin muy cuca.

朝食のレパートリーは多くないが、ボリューミーなパンがいくつかあり満腹になった。フロントスタッフはフレンドリーに対応してくれた。全体的に満足できたが、１つあげるならば、トイレでの廃棄物が流れないことがあった。

Sehr zentral und doch ruhig gelegen. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel und Supermarkt waren in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir konnten dort am Abreisetag problemlos unsere Koffer bis zur Abfahrt deponieren und noch etwas besichtigen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Handtücher / Bettwäsche wurden - wenn nötig - ohne Aufforderung gewechselt. Duschgel, Shampon, Seife und Fön waren im Badezimmer vorhanden.

Hotel correct pour un court séjour . Personnel sympa sauf une dame ..qui n était pas très agréable et pas belle de surcroît . Ménage bien fait . Literie et isolation moyenne Bien pour un week-end .

Fui bem recebida. O recepcionista tentou me entender em inglês, me explicou sobre a taxa de conservação que ainda tinha que pagar, sobre o café da manhã e me ajudou a subir as escadas com as malas até o quarto. O quarto era o que eu havia alugado, estava limpo e arrumado e tinha os produtos de cama e banho. O café da manhã não corresponde a um café da manhã colonial como no anúncio, e um café da manhã simples na parte de baixo do hotel, mas não muito bom. Na hora de sair foi meio confuso porque a pessoa que me atendeu só falava italiano e por mais que eu mostrasse que já tinha pagado tudo, ficou me segurando na recepção porque não entendia nada e nem uma outra língua. Teve que conversar 2x com alguém pelo telefone e me atrasou para o Aeroporto. Só fiquei hospedada lá por uma noite. Apesar de ser perto do metro (4,5 quarteirões), não achei uma área muito segura para se andar durante a noite. Não é perto na Piazza da Espana (mais de 2 km de distância) como disposto no anúncio e nem da Fontana di Trevi (mais de 3 km) e ainda mais longe do Coliseu. Para mim que precisava estar perto do Terminal porque estava indo embora, valeu a pena, mas para passear em Roma, não recomendo muito não, por causa do bairro, não do Hotel.

Close to train, tram and buses. There is also a supermarket and restaurants near by. The room or hotel does not have a microwave. You will need a converter for your electronics. You can also purchase it nearby for about 5 Euros.

Cette Hôtel est très bien situé (proche du Colisé). Vous pouvez visiter un grand nombre de site antique à pieds. Le rapport qualité prix est très correcte.

Fiquei 4 dias no hotel, estava com uma mala de aproximadamente 18 kgs e tive que subir até o segundo andar de escadas, ninguém me ajudou com as malas. As roupas de cama não foram trocadas nesses 4 dias, parece que também não limparam, só arrumaram as camas e trocaram as toalhas de banho. Café da manhã normal.

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, das Kolloseum kann fußläufig erreicht werden. Es ist sauber, es gibt täglichen Zimmerservice, das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, inkl. Brötchen, Croissants. Mit 16€ p.P. war es zudem unschlagbar günstig. Gerne wieder!

Hotel is located on a quiet street, 20 min very fast walk from Termini, very central. Room is tiny, but with big windows and light it feels allright, bed is small but comfortable. Breakfast typical Italian with sweet pastries.

Ottima location... particolarmente gradita la camera posizionata nel sottotetto con accesso al terrazzo superiore... camera pulita ed accogliente. Buona l'accoglienza e la zona limitrofa, pur essendo nelle vicinanze dalla stazione, è risultata piuttosto tranquilla. Ottima la posizione, strategica per chi viaggia per lavoro essendo vicinissima alla stazione termini.

Nice place
Great location near Termini (main train/bus station) on a quiet street. Rome's oldest Gelato shop nearby and about 10-15min walk to Colosseum. Rooms small but clean and thought pricing was good value for money given it was summer season.

We found this hotel to be clean and comfortable. It was very near the Metro, but we found that we could walk to most destinations. there is a supermarket at the end of the road which had everthing you might need. We would stay again.

April of 2009 Hotel it is located in very convenient place. Five minutes on foot from the underground or half an hour to Termini. Nearby food shop. A place silent. A breakfast very tasty. I recommend.
