El hotel cuenta con lo básico, es limpio, esta cerca del Coliseo. Te dicen que incluye desayuno pero en realidad solo es un pequeño pan.

Demasiado sucia la habitación. Incomodidad total!
La atención del personal fue lo único bueno del hotel. La habitación estaba muy sucia. Habían cepillos de dientes, chanclas y ropa de alguien más. Todo muy sucio, como si no lo asearan nunca. Muchos zancudos y todo en mal estado. El desayuno es un café y un pan, que tomamos solo un día.

Ameisen an den Wänden, dreckige Handtücher, dreckige Bettwäsche, Sauberkeit mies. Lage sehr zentral allerdings sehr laut. Wenn man lärmempfindlich ist, ist es ein no go.

Hotel was oké
Er is geen lift en dat is wel lastig met koffers. De buurt is dicht in de buurt van het station. Er is een heel lekker en bekend ijsjessalon om de hoek. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamer zelf was basic. De kamers waren daarentegen niet erg hygiënisch vond ik. Ik vond haren in mijn bed en in de badkamer toen we juist aankwamen. Bij de incheckbalie was het ook allesbehalve netjes of professioneel: je zag etensresten, een koelkast, magnetron, etc. Niet erg professioneel dus maar goed voor de prijs die je betaalt is het hotel wel oké om er te verblijven.

Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt (nicht einmal gestaubsaugt) übergeben, es gab keine kleinen Handtücher (zum Hände abtrocknen) nur große zum abtrocknen nach dem Duschen. Heizung war permanent an und konnte nicht geregelt werden bzw. waren im 2ten Zimmer aus. Zimmer hat nach Zigarettenqualm gerochen. Decke war im 2ten Zimmer mit Papierkügelchen gespickt.

Nice location, within a couple of blocks of a metro station and 15 min. walk to the Termini (main train) terminal. Convenient 1.5 block walk to the grocery store and 2 block walk to a few cafe's. Going through exterior renovations and our room had already been renovated with new paint, lighting, restroom, interior upgrades, etc.

Établissement en rénovation donc état général correct mais nuisances sonores. Literie vétuste, linge fournie par l'hôtellerie qui ne sent pas le propre et chambre poussiéreuse. Personnel et services corrects. Bonne situation avec proximité gare ferroviaire.

Our room was double booked when we arrived and we had a dirty room for 4 nights and not told our room was ready the second day so it made our holiday not so good

Questo hotel non lo consiglierei nemmeno al mio peggior nemico, copriletto tutto macchiato, tenda della doccia tutta nera di muffa e asciugamani tutti ingialliti invece di bianchi......prticamente un incubo.....x fortuna avevo prenotato solo una notte!!!!!!!

Perfect for a city break
The hotel is in the process of refurbishing all the rooms ( so it’s looks a lot better then the photos) The room we had was almost complete, it had all the basic essentials - bathrooms has been done up nice, it was clean. The air conditioning unit was not connected yet and there was one lose wire. Overall, the location of the property was really good - we could walk to all of the main sites/attractions. The hotel staff were friendly in helping us out with anything.

Rummet var rent men, det var allt. Förutom en liten förpackning schampo, badlakan och TV så fanns det inget på rummet. De höll på med renovering så, det var lite dammigt i trappan. Bodde på tredje våningen. Ingen hiss. Jobbigt att klättra i trapporna efter allt spring på stan. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående++++++

De kamer was niet echt schoon. Voor het weekend hadden we de beschikking over 1 handdoek, dus niet elke dag schoon. De douche vertoonde nogal wat schimmel .Ramen konden niet open want het slotwerk was stuk. Voor het ontbijt moest je een voucher halen. Daar voor kreeg je 1 kop koffie en een koekbroodje. Het was het allemaal net niet.

I do not recommend!
The place was pretty close, 10 minutes walk to Termini Station. There are tram and metro stations nearby. BUT! The room was far from being clean. Furniture was ancient -it can't be cleaned. There were half empty liquor bottles in one of the cabinets (from someone who stayed here before). Shower curtain was blue once upon a time, but now bottom half is green of dirt, we couldn't even take a shower and also there was a tiny bug in there, we became friends.. First night, the temperature was fine in the room but rest of them it was freezing. There isn't a receptionist 24h, so we left a note to the room but it was the same.... They said there's a kettle on the antre we can use, but after first night I haven't see it again (I don't think I would use after everything I saw). Best thing was the breakfast, they gave us coupons to have croissant and coffee in a coffee shop nearby. Good luck to those who's gonna stay here!

Avoid this hotel at all cost we had money stolen from our locked room they refused to call the police for us they just laught we ended up going to find the police station ourselves the next day they refused to speak we us Even the police said it was a inside job for the room to be locked up again and the area is not the best of areas .

i proprietari del b e b sono molto cortesi, anche se non parlano benissimo l'italiano, ma questo non supplisce le gravi carenze strutturali dell'edificio e della stanza (n7) dove ero alloggiato. ancora in ristrutturazione. i lavori nelle camere sono annaspati. la finestra del bagno non si chiudeva bene così come la porta e spifferi da tutte le parti così come gli spifferi dalla porta di ingresso. zero rifiniture specialmente nella zona "bagno" e prese che si muovevano. ci doveva essere il bidet ma c'era solo la doccia. lenzuola pulite ma coperte di lana che emanavano uno strano odore. tv con pochi canali. prezzo contenuto ma pernottamento da non ripetere.

Jednoduchý hotýlek pro nenáročné v centru Říma
Jednoduchý, ale příjemný hotýlek v centru Říma blízko Kolosea i nádraží Termini (v dochozí vzdálenosti 15 minut). Pro nenáročné. Snídaně v sousední kavárně o dva vchody vedle, italská snídaně (výborná káva a koláček). Jednoduchý úklid téměř denně. Ubytováni pouze turisté, v hotelu i jeho okolí hotelu byl klid. Ručníky, mýdlo, televize a fén na pokoji, ale jen jedna funkční zásuvka. Žádna lampička, ani polička či věšák, k dispozici skříň, komoda, dvě židle a 2 noční stolečky (ve čtyřlůžkovém pokoji). Funkční a silná wi-fi zdarma. Celkově hodnotíme jako dostačující, za příznivou cenu a v ideální poloze v centru města.

Central location, reasonable cost-effective room
Good central location, many attractions including Colloseum at walking distance. Roma Termini and Manzoni metro at walking distance. Room itself was very basic yet clean (for the price you pay for it, the facilities are reasonable). Air-conditioning in good working order. Receptionist (Tariq) was very polite and helped us arrange taxi to the airport at 3AM.

Remember it's a ONE ⭐️ hotel
Hot water never got hot. At the most it was mild. No fridge in the room but did have an AC! Which was a surprise. No lift in the building. The rooms are off the staircase so you do hear alot of footsteps. The free breakfast is not even provided by the hotel, its sub-contracted to a coffee shop long the street, which includes a tea/coffee and one pastry.

Sencillo, buena ubicación
Hotel sencillo i din lujos, pero para visitar Roma, ¿para que más? Habitación vieja pero limpia. Cama cómoda i buen trato del personal. Se almuerza en el bar de al lado ( café y pasta a escoger). Por ubicación (cerca metro y tranvía) y para dormir, bien.

The motel is very close to the metro and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But, the room was very old and needed to be updated. The bedding was very old and needed to be replaced. We had to walk through the office to get to our room #11.
