Hele ruime familiekamer. De kamer was heel netjes en elke dag werd er goed schoon gemaakt. Ontbijt was heerlijk met veel keuze. Accommodatie is midden in het centrum, alle high-lights zijn op loopafstand.

Great central location, everywhere you would want to visit is walkable. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Room spacious with excellent ensuite. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good as was the small family restaurant to the rear of the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Hiberia for 5 days and couldn't have been happier with the reception staff and cleanliness of the hotel. We had a problem with our day tour and Rafael called the company for us early in the morning which saved us A LOT of problems. Even the tour guide told us he'll recommend the hotel to his customers because the service had been excellent. It was an easy walk to the trevi fountain in one direction and the colosseum in the other direction. There's a small cafe across the road with nice sandwiches, biscuits and coffee and a nice gelato place is close by as well. Overall very happy with our stay, would definitely come back again.

This one of my best stay ever. Rafael and Patrick are the best. The hotel was located in very central area. We didn’t have to take any transportation except for airport to hotel and to the cruise port. We walked to all major sites, and for our meals. Also the area was prime for shopping

I would definitely stay here again. The staff was really nice. Patrick was great! It was conveniently located less than a 15 min walk to the metro station. It also had an elevator and an actual bathtub. It was very well maintained and had some dining options very close by.

Necesita una reforma, las instalaciones se han quedado obsoletas. Nuestra habitacion, la 101, era muy muy ruidosa. Se escuchaban los ruidos de la calle como si estuviera la ventana abierta y tambien los ruidos del pasillo, escaleras y ascensor. El baño era claustrofobico, no te podias mover dentro, solo girar como una peonza y no podias apoyar nada del neceser en el lavabo.

A nice boutique hotel in the center of Rome within walking distance of many historical sites. Rooms are very clean and their is breakfast available that is nicely accessible from inside the hotel. The staff was very helpful with advice. A true gem in the middle of Rome.

The location of the hotel is perfect and everything is walking distance. Staff is wonderful!! Shout out to Raphael and Estalin - they are fantastic!!! The building itself is old, but that’s to be expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and quiet.

Hotel trés bien situé. Personnel de la réception et du petit déjeuner au top Personnel d'étage laisse à désirer: il ne remette pas de boites de mouchoir quand elle est vide, le papier toilette et les gels douche sont remis au compte goutte et SURTOUT nous avions laissé notre brosse a dent sur le lavabo et je pense que la femme de ménage s'en est servi pour faire le nettoyage, nous étions 2 ( père et fils) dans la chambre avec des cheveux courts trés courts et sur nos brosses à dents le soir en rentrant il y avait des cheveux longs noirs!!!!!!!!! Pour notre première nuit, notre chambre était au premier étage et trés bruyante avec un lit trop mou. Nous avons demandé à changer et dés le lendemain nous avons eu une chambre plus grande sur la cour intérieure sans bruit, avec un lit trés confortable. Seul bémol: pas de pression à l'eau chaude. douche galère.
