1.有Wifi 冰箱 電梯 冷氣 獨立浴室 熱水壺 2.房間雖不新但乾淨 3.房間夠大，可攤開兩個大行李箱 3.離車站拉行李約10鐘路程 交通方便 4.服務人員親切 5.房價很超值

地點很好、前台服務有問必答Good location & helpful staff
Room size is wonderful, not too small not too big and can fit 2 pieces of big luggage on the ground. Only 10 mins walking distance away from termini station and 12 mins from Coliseum to hotel. Very convenient place to stay for travelers. Free charge for luggage storage on next day is a plus. Although this hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but it's not big deal for travelers who walk out early morning and return late.房間不算小，可以放兩件大行李在地上，離Termini Station(約10分鐘)與鬥獸場(約12分鐘)走路都不遠。隔天還可以免費放行李，到晚上6點再過去拿。雖然沒有提供簡易早餐，對於早出晚歸的旅人來說沒有多大的差異。

テルミニ駅からはすぐ近くです。部屋はまあまあな広さがあったのですが、問題はシャワーで、水圧が弱く、しかも、お湯が出ず、しばらく待っても、ちょっとした、ぬるま湯でした。冬の中、観光先から帰ってきて、体が冷え切っているのに、寒い思いをしながらシャワーを浴びました。また、夜中、トイレットペーパーがなくなったのですが、予備が置いてなく、もう夜中だったので、仕方なく、手持ちのティッシュペーパーで対応しました…。快適な滞在とは言えませんでした。

Nice hotel, convenient location
We arrived a couple of hours after check in due to hitting traffic. The owner was great and we were in communication with him the whole time to be able to check into our room. Very close to Roma Termini.

Ottima esperienza all hotel Leone. Pompeo ci ha aspettati avendo trovato il gay pride proprio sotto L hotel ;) esperienza bellissima ! L hotel si trova attaccato alla stazione termini comodissima per metro e bus. L ultimo giorno abbiamo lasciato gli zaini per poter girare con calma avendo il bus di ritorno alle 19.grazie Pompeo x tutto !Super consigliato !!

Surpreendente!!
Foi uma ótima surpresa esse hotel, pudemos fazer o checkin antecipado, por volta das 10h e sair para passear. Muito perto de tudo, metrô, ônibus e com um comércio local bem variado. O quarto era muito bom, limpo e tudo bem organizado. Na entrada tem máquina de café, água e refrigerante. Tem descartáveis (copo, talher, guardanapos) a disposição o que facilita bastante. Receptividade ótima. Altamente recomendável. Valeu muito!!!!

O hotel está muito bem localizado, a metros de Termini. O quarto não é muito grande, mas é confortável, o wifi funciona bem e a limpeza é eficiente. .

I’ve stayed here many times, last year it wasn’t great , this year it was disgusting and dirty. Bedspread had a huge stain, bathroom counter was dusty, dirty. Shower was also disgusting. Bed was so dirty and uncomfortable. I slept on a towel on top of the bed and couldn’t Wait for morning. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again.

バスタオルとフェイスタオルが置いてあります。
作りはコンパクトですが、使いづらくはなかったです。
ドライヤーは備え付けでしたが、風量は問題なかったです。

This hotel is a great place if you need to stay just a night or two in Rome, as it's location is within walking distance from the train station, even with big luggage. However, the room we stayed in had clearly been smoked in (you could smell it on the comforter on the bed), when we were supposed to have a non-smoking room. In addition, some jerk was ringing the doorbell of the hotel or some other business in the building early morning (6:30 am or something) for like five minutes straight. And due to the fact that reception is not available 24 hours, it was a problem.

Thank you for your feedback. We a have a small and family run Hotel and we can't offer a 24 hours reception service. Our Hotel is cheap and we offer all the facilities you can need. It is impossible to pretend more.

This place is clean, has personality and is located within walking distance of all the sights. The plumbing works (though didn't try the bidet). This is a find in this price category. Would stay there again. Lift played up a little bit, but it's on the first floor, so no big deal.

Camere semplici ma molto ampie, confortevoli e abbastanza pulite, letto comodo, aria condizionata, frigo-bar, wi-fi. Situato in zona centralissima e vicina alla stazione Termini, qualità prezzo molto buona. Consigliato per chi non ha pretese particolari o per chi deve pernottare vicino alla stazione per partenze mattutine.

Convenient in Rome
The concierge, Pompeio, was extremely upbeat and helpful about trains, busses, etc.. the room was good, and clean except for mold in the bottom of the shower edges. The soap tray near the shower head kept falling down and the toilet paper apparatus kept falling apart. That said, the room was clean and comfortable and near to everything. There is a grocery store across the street and an excellent restaurant a couple doors down at the corner from the hotel. We would recommend.

Excelente hotel
Excelente atención, muy amables y flexibles. Excelente ubicación. Limpieza excelente. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje antes del check in time y después del check out. Nos dieron mapas de la ciudad. La pieza es amplia, tiene heladera, equipo de té. Tiene una máquina expendedora de café y bebidas muy barata, y de excelente calidad el café, tiene cubiertos, platos y vasos desechables a disposición. Con ascensor. Con aire acondicionado en excelente funcionamiento. Tiene caja de seguridad. Volveriamos al hotel. Recomendado.
