Lilium is a place I will definitely look for vacancy on my next stay in Roma. The place is decently located. You can walk everywhere, of course some places will be further, but the Colosseo is next door, Villa Borguese, Roma Termini is not even a mile, Mercado Centrale (excellent) .5 mi, 15-18 min Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. The staff, Oh My, amazing, Pietro, Simona, and Chiara. Simply amazing people and ready to help at any moment. Pietro makes himself available for emergency thru WhatsApp at any time. The breakfast served is highly recommended for the cost benefit and quality. Chiara makes the best coffees, espressos. Cappuccino and the list goes on. Certainly a good place to stay.

Me and my friend had an amazing stay at this hotel! After weeks in hostels- this was just heaven! Beatifully interior design, nice beds, nice shower, our room had a beautiful balcony. Special thanks to Simone who was just so sweet and great at her job! Hope to come back.

Very clean and nicely maintained character property. We arrived way before check in time began but our room was ready and the concierge Revi let us in early which allows us to have entire morning to rest before exploring the area. The Room had two gorgeous windows with two beautiful balconies, amazing views and was impeccably clean . Absolutely recommend this hotel .

Older hotel, My room was small but had all I needed, the staff was very helpful and spoke English well, The hotel was one floor of a several floor building, had to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the elevator. It was centrally located so everything was a short distance away by taxi.

Amazing hotel with a golden star🌟
The hotel was wonderful in every aspect. It was very different from all the new fancy hotels. The design of the hotel was unique and personal. It was very clean, breakfast was good, location as well. But one of the very best parts was Pietro at the reception🌟🌟🌟 If we once buy a hotel, we would like our staff to be like him. So very friendly, professional and serviceminded. Doing everything to make the guests feel like home.

The hotel is a boutique-style one and is located in an old building. It was very uneasy to find it for a first-time visitor as the reception is on the 3rd floor of the building. You need to ring the apartment doorbell for them to open the entrance door for you. The elevator is on the 2nd floor, then you need to carry your suitcase to the 2nd floor to take the elevator. However, I believe if you are a little familiar with Rome and know how to commute around, I am sure the location won't be a problem. The staff are friendly overall, but not all can speak English well, which makes it a little difficult to communicate sometimes. The amenities are typical three-star hotel without any surprise, just the small refrigerator is basically not cold at all and the outlet in the bathroom is not working. The air-con was working well during my stay, no complaints. The water is euro 2/per bottle in the mini bar charged by the hotel, which I think is a little high while the corner market is charging $1 per bottle. I especially like the ice cream shop across the street, that is the best spot around. There is a line all the time and give it a try, you won't feel disappointed.

We based this booking off of some very positive reviews for this hotel but left extremely disappointed and would encourage others to think twice before booking. This stay was booked last minute as our flights changed. We checked in to the hotel later in the evening and upon returning to our room from dinner, there was an awful smell and the air conditioner was making a very unusal sound and leaking lots of water onto the floor and spitting onto the bed. The individual working the front desk came into the room and advised us to not use the air conditioning any longer. Despite turning off the AC, the water continued leaking throughout the night requiring us to put towels on the floor. This made for an exceptionally hot and uncomfortable evening. Prior to checking out, we expressed these concerns and were told we could have a free breakfast. We looked at the breakfast and it was certainly the worst breakfast we had seen in our 3 weeks in Europe. This was our final night in our 4 week vacation and definitely the most disappointing stay. As shared previously, we would strongly encourage others to book elsewhere!

O hotel Lilium é excelente! Em primeiro lugar, não posso deixar de elogiar a equipe de Staff principalmente Prieto que nos ajudou a resolver um problema com nossas bagagens e fez tudo que pode para nos auxiliar. O hotel fica no terceiro andar de um prédio (se atente na porta de entrada do prédio), você sobe por um elevador antigo, o local é bem aconchegante com a decoração vintage. O local é muito cheiroso e limpo, o quarto é bem pequeno (padrão de Roma) e o banheiro muito funcional e com todos itens funcionando muito bem, principalmente o chuveiro aquecido. A localização e ótima, próxima a restaurantes, pizzarias, estação de metrô e da pra ir a pé para vários pontos turísticos. Só tenho elogios ao local.

Fantastisk lite hotell med veldig bra beliggenhet, gangavstand til «alt». Artig plassering i 3. etg. i en bygning som ellers besto av leiligheter. De ansatte var utrolig hyggelige, en blid og personlig behandling av oss, så vi følte at de alltid på plass og klare til å hjelpe til om det trengtes. Rommet var ikke stort, men koselig, og med en liten balkong med masse blomster. Anbefales absolutt!

The hotel is ideal to walk in different places and was located in a very good area of Rome by the embassies and Government buildings. Parking was a challenge along with the ease to find the place since it is located in the 3rd floor of a building, while you would expect it to be a stand alone place. Clear directions would help since we spent a lot of time finding it. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Von aussen schlecht zu finden, nur durch Schild über Klingelknopf am Eingangstor erkennbar. Teils kleine, aber saubere Zimmer. Frühstück im schönen Frühstücksraum nicht verfügbar. Recht nahe am Bahnhof Termini. Preis-Leistungsverhätnis stimmt.

Iniziamo con gli aspetti positivi che sicuramente superano i negativi: Posizione centrale, vicino la stazione Termini. Pulizia e buone condizioni della stanza e dell'hotel. Di contro il rumore continuo, incessante e fastidioso del compressore esterno del condizionatore non mi ha concesso un riposo sereno, nonostante avessi spento il climatizzatore e chiuso bene le imposte.

Place on the third floor
Place is just ok, it’s on the 3rd floor and not very visible outside, our driver did not see it straight away as there was no signage outside. There’s an elevator after a few steps so if you’re carrying a big suitcase it will be a struggle as you have to carry it first before you can access to elevator

Adorable hotel with hand painted walls in lobby, seems almost Parisian. Room was very cute. Bed was very hard though. There is a kettle in the room but only those flimsy plastic cups. I had to beg to get a just a glass for my instant coffee (that I brought). Pretended it was Turkish. 🙂 Not sure what purpose of Kelly was. Storm shutter was stuck at about 4’ open but still could go under to enjoy balcony.

I loved the customer service at the Lilium hotel. I would recommend to anyone travelling to Rome to stay in this amazing hotel. I stayed for 3 nights. It was really clean and I felt welcomed. I loved the shower in the property, it’s different than in the other European countries. The hotel is environmentally friendly as well! Overall I would rate it 5 stars.
