Great staff and worth the price :)
We were content with our hotel, we got what we paid for. The room itself was decent, we were just missing a couple more electrical outlets, but other than that we are pretty happy. Unfortunately we had to go without water and electricity for one of the nights (not the hotels fault, it was something else in the building, since there’s more than one hotel in the same building). The staff were amazing! Really helpful regarding public transport (told us which line/direction to take in the metro) and they were just generally so kind and welcoming! It’s a small hotel so you really get that personal touch to the experience. We stayed there for three nights total. It was easy to find when we got to Termini station and it was barely a five minute walk. I’d definitely recommend it to friends traveling together, it was worth the price.

Nice hotel and super well located everything close
good attention by the people in front perfect communication Spanish English the location is perfect a few steps from the metro, train and buses restaurants and cafeterias every few steps and the next door neighbor a Pakistani with his business cards for cell phones maps tickets for transportation and very combinant money exchange and they made everything very easy for me in a country that did not know 10 or the 10 (global tourist point ) very friendly people behind the hotel on the other block for Hispanics people there is a restaurant with Colombian Peruvian Cuban Dominican food very good food

Tercera cama era abatible, con colchón fino y estrecho. Solo había una manta y cuando pedimos otra nos sacaron de un altillo una funda de cama y el recepcionista nos dice "controlar a ver si está limpia. Baño con moho e intenso olor a cañerías.

Mi è piaciuta l'accoglienza del personale e la stanza con bagno, gradevole e pulita. Il fatto che non vi sia un bar interno, anche piccolo, o un distributore di bevande calde/fredde e snack mi ha un po' delusa.

Grazie per aver espresso la sua opinione sul nostro albergo. Al piano della reception c'è la macchina del caffè e il bollitore per il tè, forse non li ha visti. Siamo sicuri che sarà di nuovo nostra ospite e le daremo i nostri servizi al meglio.

The hotel is in a great central location. Termini station is very convenient for many pets of the city. We have stayed here here times because the price is right, it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s safe, and it is convenient. The only con is that if you stay out late past 11:30pm at some of the historical sights, you cannot take the subway back. However there are some buses, and you I’ve the option of walking or taking a cab. Taxis can add up. Other than that, this is a quality location for a good price

A great little hotel
Stayed here for 1 week with my ten-year-old son on holiday seeing the sights. Very happy chose Hotel Robinson. Hotel was clean and safe, wireless and air-con worked fine (in boiling hot July), friendly staff and great location. Would happily stay here again.

No Wifi in the room/strong nicotine odour lobby
Other than the location that close to Termini station, this hotel was so dissastrous. First of all, when we arrived the Hitel building, we were disgusted by the smell of garbage filed up at the entrance of the building, It was at least 8 piles of garbage bins1.2 feet height. There were also always a group of people standing and smoking at the entrance of the building blocking the way. As soon as we escaped the garbage files and smoking people, the dog’s poop that was stepped on by somebody’s foot print at the hotel lobby entrance was welcoming us. After passing through the mines of this doggie poop, the very strong nicotine smell of the lobby was suffocating our breathing. The towels of the room were like kitchen hand towel material that did not dry well. The worst of all of them was NO Wifi in the room for our whole 5 day staying. Everyday, they said, “Tomorrow, we wil call technician and fix it.” But it never happened during our stay. They suggested to use the in Wifi in the lobby where we could not breath even a few minutes because of the strong nicotine odour. It is really surprising this hotel is one of the suggested hotels by Rick Steves. They should update their suggestions.

I am very sorry she left, she and her family, smiling and declaring her complete satisfaction. We worked hard to make sure that your vacation was peaceful, explanations, routes, maps and lots of suggestions. We explained the wifi in a thousand ways, it was a general problem of the neighborhood. In the reception on the sofa seemed comfortable and had the 200 megs, this does not speak. Regarding external smoking should appreciate the civilization of others not to smoke in the rooms. But the lobby, about 40 square meters, with windows and air conditioning, is not affected. Regarding the fact that we are in first position on the suggestions of Rick Steves, He is a very serious person and sends every year one of his representatives, without being recognized, to make a serious check. Maybe he should also select who makes his name. Maybe all the agencies did. I sincerely wish you to find what you described on your next trip

Sorry for your impression, you arrive for 1 night. you have a room with all services (toilet - shower -tv - frigobar- safe-airconditioning - hairdryer) an Italian breakfast in the morning (there is the picture in our information), reception at your service and control for costumers security h24. Please let me know the amenities You haven't in our hotel.

Great place, near Termini station.
Perfect location! 2 min walk to Termini station. 1 min walk to Terra Vision (from airport) bus stop. Room was clean and staff was kind.

Esta bien
nuestra estancia fue bien, aunque hay algunas cosas importantes que considerar en el hotel, su ubicacion puede ser muy buena porque esta justo al lado de la estacion o muy mala (porque personalmente no nos gusto la zona de termini nunca nos sentimos seguros) eso dependera lo que caada quien busque. El hotel es algo viejo pero siempre estuvo limpio y el desayuno realmente no creo que sea un plus en la reserva asi que atentos si suma al precio ya que es unicamente un bono por un cafe y un croissant en una cafeteria a la vuelta.

위치아주 좋고 깨끗합니다 ~
떼르미니 뒷편 근처에잇어 위치는 매우 좋으나 시설이 최신식은 아님. 하지만 위생상태 매우 깔끔하였음 방 내부도 예전에는 유럽식 옷장과 콘솔(대리석소재)로 옛날에는 고풍스러웠을 것이라고 생각함. 커피포트도 빌려달라고하니 빌려줘서 라면 먹을수있었음 .ㅎ 방 규모는 적고, 좋은 뷰는 아니나 깔끔한 청소상태와 위치에 만족감은 느낌. 개인적으로 최신식을 선호하는지라.. 다음에 예약을 하게된다면 다른 곳도 경험은 하고싶음 위치, 위생상태, 친절도는 만족스러운 편 !!

A hotellal kapcsolatban csak kellemetlen tapasztalataink vannak. 1/ A mágneses kulcs nem működött 3 napig csak úgy tudtunk belépni a szobába, ha a recepciós külön beengedett bennünket. 2/ A foglalás visszaigazolásban amit megkaptunk magyar nyelven, ingyenes reggelivel volt visszaigazolva, de ott azt mondták, hogy náluk a foglaláson amit közvetlen kaptak az szerepel, hogy csak szoba reggeli nélkül. (tehát a reggelink is elmaradt)

Soggiornato 2 notti a giugno 2015. Molto comodo per la stazione Termini (qualche minuto a piedi), hotel spartano e senza pretese utile come punto di appoggio per chi arriva in treno per visitare la città. Il condizionatore perdeva acqua e ci è stata cambiata la stanza senza problemi. Piuttosto rumoroso la notte anche a causa via-vai di turisti stranieri non proprio timidi. Per colazione viene fornito un buono da spendere in un vicino bar. Corrisponde a quello che cercavo: modesto ma pulito, attaccato alla stazione e con prezzo abbordabile.

Budget Hotel
Convenient hotel next to main train and bus station, not in the best neighborhood. The room was clean, the shower needed soap and some repairs. The hotel people were very helpful and pleasant.

Close to station.
If you don't expect much, you won't be disappointed. The room was tiny but fairly clean. The toilet and shower were adequate. The location near the station was one of its only redeeming features. Otherwise, not the Ritz.

Dear customer, of course, those who expect a hotel to five-star book and pay for a 5 star. We try to do our best with an appropriate price. Cleaning and hygiene, rooms in the standard of law, concierge service, mini bar, hair dryer, etc., are not normally in the two stars. Next time we signals its need, our availability is recognized by many other reviewers, we will give it a triple or quadruple, if willing to pay the difference. For us, customer satisfaction is paramount
