Tutto sommato è andata abbastanza bene, ci siamo stati anche lo scorso anno sempre per la maratona ed ora è completamente rinnovato, tutto nuovo, peccato per alcuni dettagli, nulla di grave ma mancavano alcuni asciugamano (fatto presente, han promesso che li avrebbero messi ma mai arrivati), inoltre bidet nuovissimo senza salterello e senza possibilità di chiudere con un tappo. La pecca più fastidiosa però è che le nuove finestre in alluminio sono poco insonorizzate, si sente tutto tutto dalla strada, la sera locali e la mattina prestissimo lo spazzamento e la racconta rifiuti. Lo scorso anno le vecchie finestre erano migliori dal punto di vista acustico. Nel complesso però non mi posso lamentare, comodo e vicino alla stazione ed ai posti in cui ero diretto. Personale gentile e colazione di buon livello.

Allocated room 502 to start. Annex property you needed 3 keys to get access. Could not get any sleep first night. Water tank above our room was noisy with bubbling sounds. Had to ask for a room switch which we did get the next day. No apology though. Second room was dusty from recent renovations and the room was not finished, no skirting boards. Breakfast menu was ok.

İşletmenin güven vermeyen bir hissiyatı oldu. En uç odayı verdiler ve Wi-Fi ilk gün çekti nedense 2.gün çekmedi. Kahvaltı dahil ödeme yapmıştım Albertoya ilk geldiğimizde söylediğim halde ertesi gün kahvaltınız yok deyip bizi şaşırttı sonra düzeltti. Double yatak oda ayırttım 2 tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişlerdi. Bina çok eski ama ayrı bir ambiyansı var.kahvaltısı genel olarak iyi diyebilirim.

Solamente quiero decir que el desayuno puede ser bastante mejorable para el precio que tiene, porque no había variedad en los productos y por ejemplo faltaban tipos de leche que ahora se consumen mucho.

Freundliches Personal. Wir hatten ein neues Zimmer mit tollem Bad. Die Lage ist super, Bus und Metro in der nähe. Leider fand ich das Frühstück eher schwach, die Kaffeemaschine machte leider nicht so einen typischen Kaffee aus Italien und die Brotauswahl war eher bescheiden. Es war aber alles frisch.

Good solid affordable choise
Nothing special but a good solid hotel with a great central location at a good price. Decent morning buffet, friendly staff, good and clean rooms. For the more negative the free wifi was quite shaky, the satelite tv only with italian channels and the streat is a bit loud in the hotel.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour mes filles et moi. Le personnel de l accueil est adorable ainsi que tout le monde. Petit bemol mais je pense que ce sont les touristes. Nous etions au 1er etage en revenant d une sortie bommnius avons pu constaté qu un assez gros trou etait fait dans le mur. Dommage car les nouveaux arrivants peuvent trouvé l hotel mal entretenu. SINON RIEN A DIRE PARFAIT

The staff was very helpful with bags and setting up taxi. But the room was eerie and dark, cracked and stained walls, stained rug and loose tiles in bathroom. There was no blanket on any bed. We found one in closet and it had dog hair and blood on it. There was loud banging 1 am and 2 am. Didn't sleep much at all.

Hotels recommendation
The hotels location is amazing, you csn find easily Metro and bus station. Also, by few minutes walk you can get to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc. Friendly, helpful stuff, doing everything for the guests. They have gluten free option for breakfast- not just one slice of bread, but a whole basket of goods. Amazing. My sister asked for lactose free milk-they didnt have, but within a few minutes they went for a shop and got it for her. The only thing which can be better is the thickness of the walls and window- you can hear quite well when your neighbour arrive or the ambulance cae from the window. Other than these, I would highly recommend.

There were a couple of holes in the wall where outlets were removed, a stain on the wall. Most outlets were loose and wouldn’t hold plugs. Finally, while AC is not as strong as in the USA, of the 6 hotels we stayed in on this visit (3 in Rome) this AC was almost nonexistent.

Huge room, a lot of space. Clean, tidy, comfortable. Silent room, you don't hear any motorcycle noise. Two drawbacks: wi-fi signal is low . Room number isn't shown on the floor. And it is there like at the end of a maze.

Booked 3 rooms. Air conditioning did not work in 2 rooms. Kind of worked in the 3rd room but not cold A/C. Everything else was great. Excellent breakfast. Fresh croissants!! Staff was helpful. Gave us a takeout breakfast bag for our early departures.

Both Desk receptionist we met were super nice and friendly. The hotel itself was so beautiful and clean. Our room was fully equipped and had the most beautiful shower. Price and location were perfect! Overall wonderful stay.
