Banheiro ruim. Sem box nem cortina para separar. Muito longe do centro, tem que caminhar bastante para chegar em uma estação de trem. Pela localidade não voltaria.

Hotel is ok if you are white
Hotel conditions were ok however the staff was not friendly. We went to hotel restaurant for dinner the waitress was rude and treated the others with more attention. We felt they were a little prejudice. .

For the cost, it was a bad deal. Breakfast was terrible every day. Customer service at the front desk was below average, every day. My room was not ready for check in at 4 pm, despite a 2 pm check in time.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per un evento al quartiere EUR, la struttura è buona, la camera ampia e confortevole, dispone di un ampio parcheggio interno, però è lontana dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni, i trasporti pubblici sono scarsi, il prezzo decisamente alto.

C'stato un piccolo problema sull'orario della colazione in quanto avevo scelto questa struttura proprio per l'inizio alle 6h30. Alla reception abbiamo scoperto che l'inizio era alle ore 7h.00. Gli addetti sono stati gentilissimi a proporci una bag contenente dei prodotti per la colazione per ovviare al disguido.Lo scorrevole della doccia era uscito fuori binario e ci hanno proposto di cambiare stanza che ovviamente non abbiamo accettato perchè non era un grosso problema e mentre siamo andati a cena lo scorrevole è stato sistemato. Che dire,problem solving da 10 e lode . La mattina siccome mi ero dimenticato di effettuare delle stampe il receptionist è stato paziente ,disponibile e gentilissimo ad effettuare la stampa. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci ritorneremo perchè il buon servizio si vede anche dalle risoluzione degli inconvenienti che si possono verificare ed il personale è stato eccezionale

The property is exceptionally convenient to the metro that takes you to central Rome in 15 minutes for $1.60 per metro ride. The hotel was clean and room was large. The pillows were quite flat but the staff brought me an extra pillow. The AC was acting up the first night but it was corrected before I went to sleep on the second night. Good location near the Leonardo airport if you have to get up early and fly out like we did. $36 taxi ride to airport.

Good Price Good Service
It’s an Ibis style more upmarket Ibis. Room clean and simple (it’s an Ibis) but staff were amazing. Food In restaurant was really good and reasonably priced. The hotel is a good way from the metro stations 15 min walk. But got taxi to from airport around 35- 40 euro. Lots of restaurants bars about 10 mins away. Good location for nearby conf centre but again 15 min walk or taxi. Or you could take an a bike if that floats your boat Rome Centre is about 20-30 mins away. All in all I would recommend the hotel
