Outstanding stay Imperium suite Navona. Lucia and team made the stay superb. It is a stone's throw from both the Trevi fountain and the Pantheon. As central as you can get without the noise. Delicious coffee and pastries are served each morning with a smile. I will return. Cheers, Kelly

Super lokasjon, rommet var helt ok, god seng, litt dårlig a/c så ble veldig varmt. Var 26+ grader ute denne helgen. Men de ansatte var hyggelige og hjelpsomme.

So the hotel it was dirty ,walking around in white socks and they got very dirty, it had been a long time since they mopped the floors.They ran out of hot water several times, some had to take cold showers. The Stubbs bathroom floor flooded. I have to say the beds were very comfortable.

It was super located, but…. First of all, we were standing at 2PM in front of the apartment, were ringing and waiting for 15 min. and no one answered. Only after a call the lady said she had sent me a WhatsApp with all the entry instructions. After I checked I confirmed the message and saw she wrote only two and a half hours before our expected check in time. We were still travelling by that time so I wasn’t aware of having to check for a message or anything. As it’s written, there would be a reception and we would be personally welcomed from the staff, I supposed it was a „normal“ hotel. Well, it wasn’t. After having problems understanding the English written instructions where to find the key and where to enter to get into our rented apartment, we found it, in the building in another house, in front of the house with the „reception“. Then we had to discover that the bathroom had no window and wasn’t well ventilated, as it was having heavy mould issues on the wall. And the cleansing wasn’t very pleasing… it seems that already since long long time there is no heavy cleaning happening anymore, as you see on the pictures of the shower for example. We weren’t aware of how to use the climate control, because we would have loved to change the temperature, but nowhere was an instruction or a remote control or whatsoever… For the checkout we decided to go already before the official reception opening time and there she was very helping, we liked that.

Front desk does not have someone on call all the time. I had a vault issue which was addressed the next morning but was not successfully addressed when I needed it...because the only dialogue could occur through WhatsApp and not in person. Anyway, the front desk gentleman that was there in the morning was very helpful. Also the Navona room is in the lobby, so it can be noisy. Room was very clean and bed comfortable.

Basic but good
The hotel was hard to find, I looked on trip advisor and someone kindly posted a picture of the door. The hotel was quite small and relatively quiet. I slept well, the bed was reasonably comfortable, didn’t love the big thick hard pillows but that is my personal preference! Helpful staff, though not always present but a WhatsApp number was available to contact if needed. Breakfast was unexpected but delightful of fresh coffee, croissants and bread. Location was the real winner with a short 3 minute walk to Navona

purtroppo sono rimasta molto delusa di questa camera. la posizione della struttura molto strategica, pero per il comfort e la qualità che offrono il prezzo e eccessivamente alto. una camera vecchia, piccola e neanche pulita. l'aria condizionata faceva un rumore strano e molto alto durante la notte, nonostante essendo anche spenta.

Perfect location right off of Piazza Navona... Nice clean comfortable rooms... And Lucia is the friendly morning attendant that brings a great breakfast and superb cappucino every morning with a smiling and happy face. What's not to love! Five out of five!

Dear Guests, when you ask us to open the door as emergency, we were working and just temporary we put the key under the mat: but we were there working! in fact you met us along the steps ! thank you for yuour preference !

8 days in Rome
Really good location. Our AC/heat unit was problematic so with 2 days left, we were moved to another room. First room had a very strange layout, second room was better but had had a dog with its folks in that room the night before and I’m allergic. Staff was easy to work with, especially housekeeping.

Not a real hotel
It is not a real hotel. The "reception" is on the second floor of a building, with a very small elevator. The room was great, large, confortable and clean. There is no breakfast area, it is brought to your room. The best was the location, quite close to Piazza Navona and many places to visit in central Rome.

O melhor é a localização, mas não conseguia achar o hotel pq fica em um prédio decadente. Na verdade não é um hotel, são 4 suítes ocupando o primeiro andar deste prédio. O café da manhã e diversificado mas servido no quarto. Uma máquina de café na recepção a disposição seria ótimo. A limpeza era boa e o funcionário atencioso.

Lucia, the manager was awesome. Place is a little hard to find but it was centrally located to most of the attractions and wonderful local restaurants. Breakfast was served in our rooms and was of the continental style. It's worth it!

Soggiorno top!
Abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Fontana di Trevi: camera pulita e particolare, bagno grande e letto comodo. Posizione dell’albergo molto centrale. Colazione in camera abbondante. Tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, ho viaggiato parecchio e non sempre si trovano queste qualità positive. Complimenti dunque al personale dell’Imperium Suite Navona!

Une bonne adresse
Un hôtel bien situé pour visiter Rome, et surtout dans un un emplacement calme. Chambre propre et confortable. Le plus: un personnel vraiment sympathique et à l'écoute. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas à notre goût mais il était était servi en chambre à l'heure demandée ce qui était très agréable. Nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à trouver l'hotel une fois pris en considération les échanges des autres clients à ce propos (il est vrai que la devanture ne ressemble pas à aux entrées habituelles des hôtels. Cela n'a pas été un obstacle pour débuter le séjour.) Nous y retournerions avec plaisir pour de prochaines vacances si l'occasion se présente ! :-)

Lucia , Wasn’t very helpful at all. So I am not happy about that. Also .. the hotel should up a sign outside that suggests the name of the hotel. It was very difficult finding the hotel.

So … I answer all the night your calls, I verify your taxi at 4.30 in the night even if the reception is closed , I receive your phone calling screaming you can’t find us just because of you didn’t read the email and the messages I wrote you and I have not been helpful ! Probably you were searching for another kind of place , not a b&b but an hotel . So I suggest to read better the services before you reserve . Regarding the label , we are in a historical building and for Italian laws is not possible to put in the wall bigger than the Once there is !

Établissement très propre. La réception ferme à 15h, ce qui nous a valu une petite chasse au trésor pour récupérer la clé de la chambre, c’était sympa. Pas super coordonnés pour le petit dej. La clim était la, mais bruyante. L’hôtel est très bien situé, au calme et près de la place de navone.

Il check in è possibile farlo solo dalle 14 alle 15,il mio treno ha avuto ritardo e ho provato a comunicarlo. C'è un unico numero di riferimento al quale non ha risposto nessuno per oltre 10 tentativi di chiamata. Risolto il check in fortunatamente, mi reco nella struttura e mi viene data una camera standard mentre io avevo pagato per una deluxe. Soprassedio anche perché alla reception non c'era già più nessuno e avrei dovuto contattare un'altra persona. La camera non è male, abbastanza piccola, idem il bagno. La pulizia buona. La colazione viene portata in camera perché non c'è uno spazio apposito, e il giorno prima si sceglie cosa si vuole mangiare. La posizione è strategica e la zona molto bella. Nulla di che complessivamente parlando ma non male...

All the roads lead to Rome❣️
We have been a few times in this hotel before and every time we have had a pleasant vitsit. Location is very good, near Piazza Navona and to the other side river The Vatican. You can reach all the sights by walking. The hotel is also near the famous restaurant L’Orso, there you can have a nice and tasty lunch or dinner. Rooms are tiny but comfortable and clean. Breakfast is brought to the room at the desired time. Breakfast is including a lot of sweet croissants and biscuits, also rolls but no cold cuts. We highly recommend this hotel for adults and couples.
