Never saw the staff except to let me in.... failure of the airport pick up service to meet me !!

Dear guest, I’m very sorry for the transfer, and I told you also by phone... there was a misunderstood. The staff has been in little rose residence every day during morning (infact you found clean your room) and you can call or message me every time. Charming place, good location, very nice service
We were able to check in in early. Barbara was very nice and informative and very good in follow-up, before, during, and after our stay. The place is a little Oasis in the middle of everything. We'd definitely stay there again.
