Avevo già soggiornato qui, ottima la posizione e la camera. Personale gentile e disponibile. Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in più. Purtroppo il flacone per la doccia era vuoto. Molto apprezzato il servizio navetta per l’aeroporto.

Information provided by staff regarding shuttle pickup and the no need for reservations was wrong. Furniture in guest room was worn. Conversations by guests in the next door guest can clearly be heard. Convenient location to the airport.

We arrived yesterday to check in after a long trip and upon entering the room the bathroom was completely dirty, dried urine next to the toilet bowl, dirty floor, moldy shower walls. They changed our room and it was a little better, but the corners of the shower were very dirty. The reception bathroom is super dirty too. It seems that they clean the bathrooms on top and do not look closely at the bottom or sides and they do not disinfect either.

The property was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. It was conveniently close to the airport and there is a shuttle that can transport you to and from the airport, but there is a surcharge. The restaurant and bar offered really good food! And the amenities were great! We even sat in a library that they had there! It was very relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would stay there again.

Perfect for an early morning flight. Shuttle costs 6 euro and starts at 5:50AM about every 40 munutes. Clean safe.

I liked the hotel when I got there, but I had to spend close to an hour at the Rome Airport in cold, wet weather waiting for a shuttle to the hotel. It was unconscionable! I wish I had known shuttles ran so infrequently and I would have taken a cab! I am still shivering!

En principio el shutle que supuestamente deberia recogerme en el aeropuerto, muy mal indicado, nadie supo explicar donde deberia para, tuve que tomar un taxi compartido, 15€ por persona, la habitacion amplia, pero hay mucho olor a cigarrillo, shutle de vuelta ok, cuesta 6€ muy cerca del aeropuerto solo pase una noche entre vuelos

If you are looking for a place to spend 1 night, I definitely recommend it! They have a shuttle to and from the airport and will call a taxi if you need to leave earlier. The restaurant in house was great and I would eat there again. The only reason I couldn’t do 5 stars was the lack of AC. But I know I like to sleep in cold rooms

Efficient & responsive staff, close to airport. No WI-FI during my stay & if you like to have news in English you will not have it on the TVsystem. Would not recommend the in-house restaurant because they are many very good ones nearby.

Não gostei que a taxa de turista foi cobrada €15 ao invés de €3 que recebi o e-mail de vocês , eu não gosto de informações diferentes . Outra coisa ruim é que não funcionava o Wi-Fi sendo assim quem vem do exterior e não tem habilitado pacote de dados está sem internet .

Stanza spaziosa ma affacciata su un muro e per una superior e un po’ strano, letto extra un po’ costoso di cui non mi è stato comunicato il visto in anticipo. Colazione buona e varia. Errate informazioni sul costo del taxi per l’aeroporto indicato in 25 euro quando anche i più truffaldini applicano un esosa tariffa da 20 euro (a tassametro sarebbe forse la metà dato che sono 3,5/4 km e si percorrono in 5 minuti) . Comunque vicino all’aeroporto è anche alla zona dei ristoranti di Fiumicino, comodo
