Quick and easy to walk to from the train station. And to a lot of attractions. Walls are kind of thin for neighbors. But okay for street sounds.

its in an old historic building which felt great considering it's Rome. 10 min walk to the central station. The room was bigger than I thought it was going to be. Very clean, comfy bed and great breakfast set up (even though I didn't have a chance to enjoy it)

Very convenient location with walking distances to the Roma Termini (Train Station) and the historical sites like the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and yes walkable to the Pantheon too (which we did). Lots of great local area restaurants to wander around and find and we adored the cafe directly beside the front door of the hotel. One pro tip that wasn't communicated (or we failed to notice) is you have to enter a PIN number to open the front door of the hotel and take an elevator (or stairs) up to the 2nd floor (or 3rd floor to Americans) to the front desk.

10 min walk to Colosseum, metro was 3 min and Roma termini was 11 min walk. Brief time with receptionists were great chats. Nice 24hour phone service was really helpful.

This property was a great place to stay. Easy walking from main station. Central location downtown. Quiet at night. We arrived late at night. They contacted us ahead of time and gave us the combination and detailed info to get to our room. Very clean room. A review complained of lack of hot water. We had plenty of hot water, but we did have to turn it on all the way and wait about 1-2 minutes. Because of the fancy handle I also got confused as to which way was cold and hot and so I had to experiment. We would definitely stay there again.

Situation au top, très centrale. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Chambre conforme et confortable. Salle de bain avec l essentiel. Very friendly staff who are knowledgeable about the area! The hotel was clean, air conditioning worked, beds (including the futon) were comfortable with clean sheets, bathroom was spotless. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Located on the third floor of this 1820-built building, our room was individual, tasteful and very comfortable. Frederico did a fabulous job of answering all our questions and making us feel at home. The location is very convenient for sightseeing and the neighborhood has what you need for meals, shopping, quick metro access, and even a laundry a few doors away. We stayed a week. Entry is by individual key pad code at each of the street and lobby entrances and for your individual room. You need to download Whatsapp and Nerva sends you the codes 24 hours prior to your arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
