不滿:整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I arrived at the property (in September) having paid in advance (in January) and they had NO reservation for me at all. They were fully booked and had NO room for me at all.
Expedia had no alternative for me for TWO nights and never called ME back, even though you had my cell phone number.
I was homeless in a foreign country because of EXPEDIA. And now I get an email saying you will not refund me. Unacceptable.
