Great place
Lovely and very friendly place. We found it comfortable and just enough for a short break. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Thank you guys for making our experience greater😊. We would definately recomend it!

Great value for money! Highly Recommend ! Cosy room and small bathroom with everything you need. 5 min walk to a bus stop where you can pick up the 85 bus that takes you to the Colosseum in less than 15 mins. The girls who run this property are incredibly friendly and helpful. Had washing done through the hotel which was very convenient but quite expensive. Walls are a bit thin- easy to be woken/kept up by other guests. Overall a great option for young couples and travellers. You’d regret not booking here !

The laundry is an external service, very convenient for our guests because we take care of everything but we do not do the rates and the price also varies according to the type of clothing to be washed. We are happy that your stay was good and we hope to see you again!

Notre chambre était très grande avec une belle hauteur sous plafond ce qui est agréable. Il y avait un petit balcon très mignon sui donnait sur le parc ce qui était sympa. Le quartier est très calme et jolie avec le parc et des arbres fleuris. Le personnel est très gentil et nous a très bien conseillé pour trouver une rue piétonne animée et jolie pour bien manger et boire un verre à deux pas de la villa! Je recommande très fortement !

Nel complesso più che sufficiente, l'unica pecca la colazione. I succhi di frutta sono riempiti con un'altra bevanda simile che non corrisponde all'etichetta della bottiglietta, direi una furbata. Il resto è tutto confezionato con prodotti discount. E per finire la colazione la si fa seduti sul letto, perché non c'è un tavolino, né sedie e tanto meno un spazio comune.

The room was not clean enough(behind big desk in front of the bed) since we dropped something and when we moved it it was extremely dirty. There was a water heater for tea and you can see the accumulation of dirt on the lid. Breakfast should be better explained that it was toast and croissant but not made, it was like from a vending machine. It was also waaaay to far from a bus or train station. Overall they are not deal breakers but we did stayed at another hotel in Rome with a better price and the experience is at a whole different level so I would say this is overpriced and it was more central located and right in front of the metro, like 5 feet from the front entrance.

A localização apesar de afastada dos pontos turísticos é boa pois tem um comércio de fácil de acesso., com mercados, feira, restaurantes...A área é bem residencial e é possível sentir e perceber como os romanos vivem. O único porém é o café da manhã que não deveria ser chamado de café da manhã, pois é composto apenas de bolinhos doces e sucos industrializados prontos.

Vantagens de ficar em um bairro residencial.
O bairro é bem residencial. Fica a cerca de 15 minutos da estação Re di Roma do metrô da Linha A, que dá acesso as estações que levam a pontos turísticos como a Piazza Spagna. A rua muito tranquila com uma praça na frente. Próximo a estação podemos encontrar também lojas da melhor doceria de canoli e de Tiramisu de Roma. Além disso, há acesso fácil a mercados, farmácia e comércio em geral. O único porém é o café da manhã que não faz jus ao nome, são apenas bolinhos e suco industrializados (ruins), torrada, geleia e café solúvel/cápsula. O local está conservado e foi limpo todos os dias de estadia.

Gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, wenn man sich nicht viel im Hotel aufhalten möchte. Die Putzfrau kam jeden Tag. Das Frühstück besteht aus abgepackten Süßen Snacks, wem das nicht reicht, der muss sich im Supermarkt um die Ecke zusätzlich eindecken. Die Metro ist in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine vernünftige Unterkunft.

La posizione era buona per gli spostamenti, specialmente in auto. La camera carina, l'unica pecca è stata purtroppo la triste colazione con i cornetti confezionati. Da questo punto di vista mi aspettavo di più! In ogni caso ci siamo trovati bene e sicuramente il relais si trova in una zona tranquilla ed è anche affacciato su un bel parco!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo relais per tre notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La nostra stanza era spaziosa, confortevole e silenziosa, il bagno piccolo, ma molto pulito. Lo staff è sempre a disposizione e molto cordiale. Se dovessi tornare a Roma, penso che alloggerei di nuovo qui.

ローマには一日だけトランジットのために滞在しました。またサンジョバンニ教会への徒歩圏内の場所を探していたために便利でした。ただし、メトロの駅からは徒歩１０分ほどの距離にあり、メトロを活用したローマの移動には必ずしも便利ではありません。

Ho prenotato una notte in questa struttura e non mi aspettavo (visto il prezzo veramente contenuto!) un bnb così: pulizia, camera spaziose e arredata con gusto. Il titolare si è dimostrato estremamente paziente e disponibile (non avendo la struttura una hall per il check in bisogna accordarsi) venendomi incontro con gli orari a causa di alcuni problemi che ho avuto con il viaggio. La posizione è fantastica (ma questo lo sapevo già da prima) trovandosi vicinissimo a metro e fermate dell'autobus, ed essendo comunque al centro di Roma.

Abbiamo prenotato la camera matrimoniale standard ed era stupenda, una grande matrimoniale con bagno privato interno. La struttura è pulitissima, lo staff estremamente gentile, per la colazione potevamo farla in camera all'orario che volevamo. Molto buona anche la posizione, la piazza su cui affaccia il b&b è isola pedonale con al centro uno splendido parco, la metro più vicini è ad appena 10 minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo neanche avuto difficoltà per il parcheggio lì in zona. Assolutamente da consigliare considerando anche il rapporto qualità/prezzo ineguagliabile.

Cant rate this location, they didn't open the door
Like my tittle says, they never opened the door, I waited an hour outside at 9 PM and never got an answer, called multiple times and never got an answer, after waiting I got tired and had to get a new hotel, they later called me and told me it was my fault for not staying outside longer then they hanged up on me.

Nice room but compact washroom.
No staff service ,No room service As it is Not a hotel Just Bed and Breakfast. Breakfast was only 1 bottle juice, 1 bread , butter and jam per person. Not good Washroom /Toilets were really compact. Far from metro station Good for students or bachelors , Not for family

Dear Sir or Madame, as you can easily see on our page is clearly indicated that we don't have a reception for staff service, but we are alwais available for any need of our Guestes. As you could see looking at our position and as we showed you at the check-in, on the map we gave you, the closest Metro station is at 700m, 10 minutes by foot. We are sorry that this distance was too much for your needs. We kindly want to remind you that breakfast includes also croissants, coffee and tea. We are glad that you appreciated your room. Muy lindo hotel, las camas muy cómodas, el baño un tanto chico pero en relación precio-calidad excelente. Roberto muy amable y muy atento en todo. La zona queda alejada de las atracciones turísticas pero a unas cuadras del metro que conecta todo. Recomendable.

Tygodniowy pobyt we dwoje z okazji urodzin żony. Pensjonat urządzony w mieszkaniu w kamienicy. Tylko 5 pokoi różnej wielkości z łazienkami. Spokojna okolica, blisko do Bazyliki św. Jana na Lateranie (ok. 20 min. spacerem). W pobliżu 2 stacje metra Linii A (Re di Roma, San Giovanni) oraz stacja Linii C (Lodi). Z autobusów i tramwajów nie korzystaliśmy, bo woleliśmy spacerować i podziwiać Wieczne Miasto. Z lotniska Ciampino najtaniej i szybko można dojechać najpierw autobusem ATRAL (bilet 1,20 EUR) do końcowej stacji metra Linii A (Anagnina) a stamtąd metrem do stacji Re di Roma (bilet 1,50 EUR), potem spacerkiem do pensjonatu. Zalety: - zaciszna okolica - dobra komunikacja - wygodne łóżko - czajnik i suszarka do włosów - miła obsługa Wady: - w pokoju nie ma stolika ani krzeseł - łazienka jest kompaktowa, włączenie światła uruchamia jednocześnie bardzo hałaśliwy wentylator - słaba izolacja akustyczna pokoju, szczególnie dokuczliwe są wentylatory z łazienek - śniadania symboliczne: nadziewany croissant typu "7 days", sucharki, dżem, kawa rozpuszczalna, herbata - lodówka była, ale bardzo głośna i nie chłodziła

2日間滞在しました。公園の脇にあり、看板が出ていないので、ホテルだと分かりませんでしたが、タクシーの運転手さんがドアベルまで確認に行って「ここで合っているよ」と教えてくれました。 チェックインをしてくれたお兄さんはとても親切でした。 お部屋には生花も飾ってあってかわいくて広かったです。部屋には朝食用のクロワッサンとパンとオレンジジュースとパインジュースとインスタントコーヒーが置いてありました。 ローマテルミニ駅までは公園の脇のすぐ近くのバス停から1本で行けたので楽でした。30分くらいでした。 チェックアウトの時にはスタッフの人がいなかったので、部屋に鍵を置いて出てきました。 ホテルの部屋を出て、玄関を出たところまでは良かったのですが、門の開け方がわからず途方に暮れていたところ、この建物の住人の人が帰ってきて、開けてくれました。（玄関の脇になる白いボタンを押すと、門があくようになっています。ホテルの人教えてほしかった。。。。） 部屋に関しては本当に満足ですが、ただ、音に敏感な人は隣の部屋や廊下の音が気になると思います。私の部屋の音も外に漏れていたと思います。

Lo consiglio vivamente.
Innanzitutto bellissima la posizione del B&B in un'area tranquilla di Roma con un ampio parco sul davanti...ottima per le mie necessità. Il titolare è stato una persona gentile, accogliente e disponibile e la camera ha superato le mie aspettative. Pulita,arredata con gusto, letto e cuscini comodissimi. L'unico neo potrebbe essere il bagno un po'stretto e la colazione in camera misera. Non avendo reception il titolare mi ha lasciato le chiavi delle varie porte per avere massima libertà di entrare ed uscire.

Se non avete troppe pretese questa é la soluzione ideale per un economico viaggio di coppia. Il bagno é molto piccolo ma è tutto presente seppure io non sia amante del water-bidet. La stanza era pulita, arredata essenzialmente in stile moderno. La colazione non é quella che mi sarei aspettata essendo italiana e amante del caffè, la versione di questo solubile in mi ha certo soddisfatto. Tutto sommato il mio é un giudizio positivo, ci tornerei assolutamente.

L'Hotel si trova in una buona posizione, vicinissimo alla stazione Tuscolana. Il personale e' molto disponibile. Camera molto pulita; mi sarebbe stato utile avere una scrivania in camera, che invece era assente.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à l’hôtel Relais Villa Fiorelli. La chambre était spacieuse et propre (nous avions normalement réservé la chambre économique qui sur les photos paraissait de taille moyenne voir petite mais nous avons eu (erreur ou non?) une autre chambre bien spacieuse avec canapé). Il y avait bien le wi-fi, un plan pour indiqué la station de métro, les explications pour l'utilisation du coffre ect... Juste le côté négatif, l'isolation entre les chambres car dès que les voisins prenaient une douche ou tirer la chasse, on l'entendait dans notre chambre ainsi que le plateau du petit déjeuner (2 biscottes, un croissant industriel, café en poudre et un jus d'orange par personne) mais pour le prix de la chambre, on ne va pas rouspéter sur le petit-déjeuner...

Took taxi to the hotel. Say that loosely. The taxi driver had to ask direction. And he couldn't drive into the area. It's not gated but has nice park area in the centre. Nothing to tell you that it is the accomadation. Thank goodness someone was walking by to help. Rang the bell and very nice lady came to help us. She didn't speak English but we managed well. She offered coffee in her room. No front desk no anything. After taking our details we were shown to our room. Very clean and made nice and bright. The bathroom was tiny. If you are more them 12st don't bother. Breakfast was left each day. Packet croissant. Orange juice, and packet of French style toast.. Don't bother eating it. 2 tea bags and 2 coffee strips. No milk. The room has fridge but we had to turn it off at night. Sounded like washing machine. Bed comfy and clean. Room cleaned and serviced every day. Photoes are taken at night. May help you find it better.

ローマのゲストハウスの例にもれずセキュリティエリア内に宿があるので安全面では良いがチェックイン時にスタッフが不在で外で待ちぼうけを食らった。部屋は都心部であれば問題ないレベルだろうが郊外にしてはいい部屋とは言えない。

Nice, clean, safe apartment!
Everything was perfect except that the breakfast come in a packet and was useless! Perhaps bottled water as well would be better than juice! Slightly out of town but bus is 1min, subway 1min walk! Room was perfect and safe! Recommended.
