Bathroom was too small and hot water doesnt run for too long. Fridge didnt work. Had to throw away lots of food. Complained to owner but they didnt fix the issue with fridge. 5 big trash collectors right in front of the entrance door. Due to which it smell bad as soon as you walk out and had flies because of it. Floor was dirty. Overall location was nice in terms of proximity to colosseum and public transportation. Beds were good. Communication with host was good.

The photos of this property are nothing like the real thing. The bathroom is very run down, the sink is totally different, being a tiny one about a third of the size of the one pictured and white in colour. These photos must have been taken years ago. The bed covers were old and dingy coloured. The mattresses were old and very uncomfortable. The ‘ kitchen’ area is a four door cupboard with no coffee maker as stated and only a non working travel kettle. No hairdryer, no ironing board. The stairs to the loft bedroom are very dangerous, narrow with no handrail. We had to crawl up them and cling on to the walls to descend them. I would not consider staying here again and am disappointed with Expedia for using this apartment on their website. I am also wondering how often they check the properties they advertise.

Super location! Average amenities. The location near the Colosseum is great. There are several nearby restaurants and a market. Access to the subway, frequently visited cab stand, and nearby Terminii station are the major pluses. The negatives are the uncomfortable beds, minimal hot water for showers, and difficult access to the loft. Great for families but maybe be challenging for older groups. Overall though, we liked our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in the loft. Loredana was very friendly and helpful. Communication was smooth throughout our stay. Having the Colosseum at walking distance was a highlight! My husband and I enjoyed being able to wind down from our sightseeing at the nearby cafes which are just a few feet away from the loft. We definitely recommend for families.

The property was in a good location, close to most activities. The issue was that the room was very dirty, floors, bathroom were disgusting. Nothing was the same as the pictures.

Een goed appartement. Genoeg ruimte, schoon en de keuken is goed ingericht. De plek is prima. Centraal gelegen met een supermarkt vlakbij en meerdere restaurants.

Excellent place overall, slightly tight shower

This is a 2 bedroom apartment loft, they had actually prepared 3 beds. So this place can easily sleep up to 6 people. The location is a stone's throw away from the Colosseum, hence perfect for tourists. The kitchenette was decent and useful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The only minor issue is that the shower was no more than 6 ft high, so anyone taller than 6 ft will necessarily have to duck. Overall the place is great for a family or couple visiting Roma.

Brilliant location, excellent restaurant practically next door. Supermarket just round the corner. Little natural light in the apartment, so not particularly conducive to relaxing there. Safe locked so unable to use, electric kettle did not work. On the positive side 2 good sized bedrooms, and a shower room, linen and toiletries supplied, including hairdryer.

Nice appartment, needs a little refresh.

Great location close to Colosseum and a number of cafe's / restaurants. Though the pictures look great and the apartment is nice, it is starting to look tired and perhaps needs a refresh. It was also a little dirty in places, for example the chandelier looked like it hadn't been cleaned in two years. Dustbins directly outside are a little smelly and noisy every week day when they are being emptied at 7am. Also apartments next door are being updated so quite a lot of drilling from 8am. WIFI quite slow but available and free. Generally happy with stay though and found the location fine. Nearest Metro is the Colosseum.

This was a very nice place, close to the Colosseum and plenty of nice local restaurants close by if you don't want to cook.

Location was fantastic. Unit is perfect for 2 to 4 people but is small. Very clean. Outside the unit is the garbage bins. Not pleasant BUT restaurants and Colosseum was so close! Lovely neighbourhood!
