Great breakfast!! The staff were incredibly helpful. The rooms were cozy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back if God permits us. The trains were easy to catch and get to Rome's Termini station. There is nothing I disliked about this property.

The place it’s beautiful and the staff it’s amazing but it a little hard to get from the hotel to the city but it’s not impossible. They offer a shuttle that works from 7am to 10 pm and cost 10 euros per ride to ciampino terminal and from there you can ride the train to roma termini for 1.50 euro per person. To go back to the hotel would be the same, roma termini to ciampino and from there the hotel. But overall was an amazing experience

Fint Hotel, fult av katter.
Veldig hyggelig stort hus med originale detaljer og godt bevart. Fint sted å ha bryllup. Var bare på hotellet en natt. Ingen grønnsaker eller sunn mat til frokost. Katter over alt, de blir matet av hotel personal så ikke kom hit om du har allergi eller ikke liker katter.

It has been a good experience. Eventhough the location is not near Roma’s city center , it is not difficult to get there. One of its advantages is that is close to Ciampino aerport. It is in a quiet and secure area. The premises aré confortable and comply with our expectations

Is this a hotel,or a Cat pension?Its outa control!
Cats, cats, cats everywhere. Outside. Inside. On the baby beds getting fresh air out. On the outside chairs cushions. Everywhere. I counted 13 of them waiting for me to feed them in front of my room. Some tried to get in. Too bad i am allergic as they must get in sometimes with other guests. 24hrs later, my eyes are still hitchy. Cats have no place in a hotel. Pitty as the place and staff is nice.

Residenza veramente molto bella, molto curata nel suo insieme , appartamento su due piani gradevole; esterni bellissimi. Pecca veramente grande sono le pulizie( inesistenti) e questo è un gran peccato perché l’insieme sarebbe eccezionale.

Country hotel, ca résume bien. Nous avons dormi une nuit, les chambres sont très belles, propres. Au matin un petit déjeuner simple mais bon nous attendait. Joli jardin de la propriété. Nous avons été enchantés.

Per una settimana alla scoperta di Roma e dintorni
Location abbastanza isolata ma a meno di 15 min di auto da stazione ferroviaria e fermata metro Anagnina con annesso parcheggio multipiano, per visitare comodamente Roma. Stanza ampia e confortevole, silenziosa, calda a luglio ma con condizionatore. Parcheggio all'interno della struttura. Personale molto disponibile.

Non sembra di stare a Roma
Non sembra di stare a Roma, posto incantevole nella campagna silenziosa ma con un panorama mozzafiato! Stanza pulita, potrebbero un pochino migliorare ancora più le camere e il servizio ristorante (un pochino lento ma buono) per il resto soggiorno di una notte piacevolissimo!

9:30om arrival & no food to offer!
Arrival was seamless! But, next morning being told they could not take us to the airport / when we had to be there for 10am - post b’fast! Further compounded anxiety, you have to pay for b’fast! But, we booked inclusive! Really was the reply and that is not your booking number you just quoted! But, yes, it is & inclusive b’fast! Now, about this transfer to the airport? Sir you will have to pay 25Euros! We all know a taxi fare is but 20Euros - just to add to the injury! Eventually, I insisted we would walk the 3Km & a taxi was sorted by our contribution of 7 Euros (cash we had!) Covid - yes... But, you offer a service or you don’t You can’t trade on something that you withdraw! We have stayed many times before - but not expecting a service others have enjoyed! Will we stay again - nor the many friends we have recommended & taken there : debatable!

It’s alright, lovely setting
Really lovely location, out in the middle of no where so best of with a car. We only spent the night as it was close to the airport and we was flying out the next day. Not recommended if you want somewhere modern as it is a converted church.
