Fully renovated apartment located 10 meters from the Vatican walls,
200 meters from Piazza San Pietro and 200 from the train station to the bus stop of San Pietro.
Apartment of 50 square meters. meters consisting of a living room with kitchen with a cabinet containing a single bed,
a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed and a bathroom.
Great to visit all the major sites the city has to offer.
Well connected for easy access to the city's major attractions,
but with the possibility of raggiungerne some even on foot.
200 meters from St. Peter's Square (3 minutes), 1000 meters from Castel Sant'Angelo (12 minutes)
2000 meters from Piazza Navona (24 minutes).
The apartment can be booked for a minimum of two people for three nights and includes full use of the apartment,
the hair dryer, digital terrestrial TV, washing machine, pots and pans, the covenants, the dishes, a set of bed linen,
a set of towels and all households (electricity, water and gas).

We stayed at the apt for 10 nights. It was a great place to be immersed in the culture of Rome. The apartment was very convenient to St Peter's as well as the train station for day trips and getting to and from the airport. We were able to walk to most of the local sites with no problems. Lots of restaurants and gelato places nearby. Wondering trip!

The apartment is in an ideal location near the Vatican. Public transportation is easily accessible for traveling both within Rome and to cities outside of Rome by train. The apartment is quiet because it is set back from the street. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Communication was excellent with Andrea prior to and during our stay. We were greeted by Alba for check-in that was an easy transaction. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay.

I loved my stay - it was a quick 10 minute walk to the Vatican which was exactly what I was looking for! The host was very communicative and the home was comfortable - looks just like the photos. Great location!

Great apartment with amazing location! Short walk (around 6 minutes) to St.Peters Basilica, and also close to the train station where we got in from the airport. Good WiFi, quiet at night, and all the amenities to make meals. Just make sure to have cash on hand to pay the city tax (€6/per person/per night).

Close to the Vatican

Andrew met us at the apartment and showed us everything. He contacted us each day to make sure everything was going well. He even arranged for a driver to take us to the airport for an early morning flight! Wonderful host!

Wunderbare Lage! Innenhof ist eine Insel der Ruhe mitten in der Stadt!!

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern ein paar Tage in Rom verbracht. Die Wohnung war ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden: Vatikan und Peterplatz sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Es befinden sich jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Mini-Märkte, Bäcker, Metzger) in der Nähe. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend: Im Vorfeld, während des Aufenthalts und mit Tipps zur Abreise war er jederzeit per WhatsApp erreichbar. Sehr zuvorkommend! Check-in und Check-out liefen zuverlässig und problemlos. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Damn Good!

The apartments proximity to St. Peter's is fantastic. It's as if you were renting a room in Vatican City itself, but what makes this quaint, impeccably clean rental, is Andrew(the owner). He will go over optimal bus routes, discuss discounts he has arranged with local vendors, and is always responsive to any concerns that emerged during our stay.
