Everything about this place is excellent: the staff are so accommodating (they helped tremendously with my mom’s accessibility needs), the suite itself is intuitively designed, and the breakfast easily surpassed expectations. We booked last minute after reading glowing reviews online, and we’re so glad we did! The location, staff, and thoughtfully designed spaces made our first stay in Rome such a comfortable, memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was ideally located to walk to the Spanish Steps … the Pantheon … The Trevi Fountain and if up for an hour long leisurely stroll even the Colesseum . The Staff were very helpful and there were readily available food right down the street .

TB Place Roma is a new Gem in the Heart of Rome. The rooms are modern, beautiful and chic. The entire Staff from Check In, Housekeeping, Upstairs lounge, to daily breakfast, was kind, professional and attentive. The stay was exceptional.

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel maybe has the best location across all rome, just 2 mins from shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Service was good and staff were friendly. My two dislikes are the breakfast and the price. I might go again if i find a good deal

Truly exceptional! I was so surprised this level of luxury was available so close to the airport. 10/10 would stay again. Bathrooms were very clean and stunning, the bedrooms and beds themselves were very comfortable. Big French windows that open and helpful staff. No notes!

We pretty much likes everything about the property. My wife and I travel a lot and normally go to very good hotels which are bigger, but we wanted to try a boutique hotel this time and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 6 nights. For starters, their people are wonderful, with a special shout out to Martina at the front desk and the young lady that runs the breakfast (we should know her name). The location is great, the hotel is in great condition. We stayed in a junior suite and it was a really good size. We tend to be on the picky side, and honestly we can’t find anything bad to say. Keep it up!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Impeccable property with no detail or convenience forgotten! Large rooms and bathrooms with amazing showers, plush bedding, separate luggage storage space with plenty of closet room. Incredibly clean everywhere on the property. The entire hotel sparkles, feels lush and inviting. The morning buffet is plentiful with menu ordering options. The quaint rooftop bar is a nice addition. The staff is very friendly and professional. Will definitely be the only hotel I will consider when visiting Rome!

The property is very clean and nice. Upon arrival we were greeted by Amelia the Manager. Her and her staff were exceptional and accommodating towards our stay. The roof top bar and breakfast were top notch. After we were brought to our rooms which were very clean, updated bathroom and room. The beds were comfortable and had no issue relaxing. Just footsteps away from Spanish steps and the Trevor Fountain this hotel is located in a perfect spot. We highly recommend this hotel and will be coming back in the future. We want to thank Amelia for all of her assistance and showing us the best hospitality, especially her taxi driver Max, who showed us around Rome on a tour. Thank you for the memories.
