Very good location and good communication with the host. Bear in mind it doesn’t have a reception and that you will have to pay city tax at the place. The room was ok, but some things that I didn’t liked. There were ants, the toilette wasn’t lean when we arrived and there was a horrible smell. The sheets didn’t smell well either. You could notice that were washed (bc they were ironed - I hope so) but smelled as used. The bed was comfortable despite being old. Very nice Terrance and silence building.

This property is good overall and located in good location where you get to all attractions within 30 mins . Few things i felt not great like some amenities which are marked as available when booking but i had to ask them . Getting into property was not a great exp as it was on 4th floor and no lights from entrance until 4th floor so bit unsafe .

Soggiorno fantastico. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili, stanza molto bella e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort che si vorrebbero in un soggiorno a Roma. In Trastevere, vicinissimo alla movida, ai ristoranti, perfetto. In 15-20 minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i monumenti più importanti. Eccelllente!!!

Okay stay with just a few minor issues
It's not suitable for people who have multiple luggages like us. Also important to note that their elevators are old and need some getting used to. Terrazza Munira is located inside a condominium so you have to be mindful of the neighbors especially if you plan on going home late. The amenities are okay and the place is located in a nice and hip neighborhood.

Place to Sleep
This is an OK place, if the idea is to have a place to go to sleep at. But that's all it is. The room is not much bigger than its comfortable king size bed, so forget about pacing back and forth if you're restless or exercising in the morning. If you're depressed, don't count on looking out the window for a change: all you will see are the neighbors across the small inner courtyard. The bathroom is otherwise OK.

Hyvä pieni majatalo erinomaiseen hintaan
Hotelli oli hukannut varaukseni, mutta palvelu sen löytämiseksi ei olisi voinut olla parempaa! Huone oli jees, ei mitään ihmeellistä mutta hintaan nähden siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Sijainti on hyvä Trasteveren läpikäyntiin, en edes mennyt Rooman nähtävyyksille. Suosittelen ehdottomasti tätä pientä majataloa. Huom, majatalo on neljännessä kerroksessa ja portaat ovat melko raskaat mikäli hissi on poissa käytöstä.

A little gem for affordable Trastevere stay
Terrazza Munira is perfectly situated to spend time in the lovely Trastevere area. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The place is nice and clean with a very nice terrace to spend time if you wish.

As agreed by email, the property owner was supposed to meet me at the location on 7/20/19 at 2 pm to let me in. The owner never showed up. A neighbor took pity on me and called her. The phone was handed to me and it sounded like a domestic dispute (baby crying, man screaming). She refused to come to the property. I was left standing in front of the building with no place to stay for my 5 days in Rome. I was informed that there was always some issue at that property. I was informed by a customer service rep. that they did not respond to Hotels.com inquiries for the next nine days but found the time to charge my credit card for the room I wasn't given access to. Unprofessional and unethical.

Легко нашли гостиницу на карте. Поднялись на лифте на 4 этаж, оставили сумки, взяли ключи и пошли обедать. К 14.00 вернулись в номер, отдохнули и пошли познавать окрестности. О времени заезда после указанного необходимо договариваться.

La struttura è carina e molto curata in ogni singolo dettaglio. La terrazza è stupenda e l’odore di gelsomino inebria tutti gli ospiti. La notte non ci sono rumori e potete dormine sonno tranquilli. Consigliatissima!

Härligt hotell med hemkänsla
Jättetrevligt litet hotell i vanligt bostadshus. Lugn omgivning o tyst på natten. Rochelle som skötte om allt var fantastisk och enormt serviceinriktad, dessutom mycket trevlig! I närheten finns en liten Alimentare där man köper vatten o andra saker av en väldigt trevlig kille. Nära till spårvagnen och bussar och nära till massor av trevliga restauranger. Jag kan absolut rekommendera detta hotell om man tycker om atmosfär och enkelhet och bra service.

Good basic room
Our room was really nice! There was enought space and it was clean and quiet. Location was perfect! Close to good restaurants and easy to go everywhere. Check-in was a little bit late (14.00 pm). And it was challenging because the only way to get the room was calling to some random number. Also we had problems with warm water.

Located in Trastevere, a less touristy area of Rome across the bridge, it was a little dodgy at night time but it had local vibes which we enjoyed. Room itself was great and we loved the interiors.

Caro sig. Giancarlo, avremmo davvero preferito non chiamarla così avrebbe significato che la camera era stata lasciata intatta e senza cattivo odore ma mi creda non è stato così, sono state trovate resti di sigarette spente nel secchio della spazzatura!! La colazione non solo non è servita ma non è proprio compresa e c'è scritto su tutti i portali di prenotazione, le consiglio di prestare più attenzione la prossima volta che prenota in un'altra struttura.La metratura della camera e del bagno è congrua a ciò che prevede il regolamento delle strutture ricettive. Come ultima cosa, la tassa di soggiorno non è una tassa imposta da noi ma ahimè dal Comune di Roma, quindi il suo commento è totalmente inutile.
