In the heart of the capital, just few minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi and the Basilica Papale di S. Maria Maggiore, this three-bedroom apartment enjoys a strategic position thanks to its proximity to Barberini and Repubblica metro stops. The apartment consists of large kitchen, three bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with double bed and one with double bed and one single bed), three bathrooms, living room furnished with corner sofa and six-seater table. The apartment also has a balcony.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES
For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
1. SELF CHECK-IN: FREE
We remind you that an internet connection is required to enter the apartment.
You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.
The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.
2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE
If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.
RULES TO BE OBSERVED
-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.
-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.
-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
