I can assure you that we accommodate a number of guests in our hotel and we are proud to have the flexibility to meet their requirements, therefore it is disappointing to have let you down in this occasion, The reception staff did their best in order to communicate that massages prices are availabe in the rooms, in the lifts and in Spa. At the end, they made you a special price at check-out time because they cared about the language misunderstanding, even if massages and treatments are quoted everywhere. We do apologize for wifi, lights, and air conditioning. We will check your last room with the Chief Engineer .
