The apartment is located in one of Rome's most prestigious areas in the heart of the Prati district. Characterized by wide tree-lined streets, elegant period buildings and offers a wide range of stores, restaurants, bars and gelaterias. I am sure my home will be your ideal retreat in Rome.
Visit Rome while relaxing in this lovely and bright apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator. The house consists of an entrance hall, a master bedroom with American bed with en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen, living area with two armchair beds and a balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or a sunset aperitif in a glimpse of Rome. The house can accommodate one to four guests.
It is an ideal choice for those who want to experience the real Roman life, enjoying a strategic location near the center, tranquility and authenticity.
The entire house will be available for your exclusive use. Access to the house will be by self check-in, allowing guests to enter comfortably at any time after 3 pm.

Lovely apartment, great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The check-in instructions arrived in a timely manner. They were precise snd easy to follow. It was so nice to have an elevator to take us up to the lodgings. The apartment is not large but it was perfect for a couple. The bed is an American double, so potential renters should be aware if you need something larger. The apartment is clean and well stocked. Lots of good restaurants and other services in the area. Remember to have cash on hand for the Rome tourist tax as you are checking out!
