「Loved the property, we stayed in the chalet. Facilities are excellent & the buffet breakfast provided was more than ample. Located in a quiet area but very convenient for town centre, a nice walk along the canal takes you into town.
Had a very friendly welcome from James who explained how everything worked.

We arrived late in the evening and had a nice welcome. There were some petit fours in our room and it looked very attractive, if very cold. The bed and bed linen was good and the (small) bathroom attractively fitted out.
But beneath the surface there are obvious problems. The foyer had a bad damp smell. The heating consists of an air conditioning unit in each room, which was noisy and not particularly effective. The electric towel rail did not heat up. The coldness...

「The Chilworth Manor is set in parkland adjacent to the Southampton Science park, so is quiet with plenty of space for car parking (though it can be a bit dark walking from car to hotel). 無論裝修, 佈置, 職員, 食物都是一流, 特別感謝一位男職員, 替我們拿重重的行李上樓梯, 還有碰面時親切的問侯,熱心的幫忙,令 我感覺到他是非常專業兼熱愛工作的人。整間酒店的佈置裝修都非常有心思, 一流的品味, 餐廳的食物賣相及味道, 真令我感動, 多謝廚師用心烹調。 房間寧靜舒服, 整潔程度滿分, 可見整間酒店的員工都很專業。酒店設施我給４分是如有個雪櫃就更加好了。
