Great arrangement by owner

The owner put me in their nicer hotel Don Miguel due to internal issues. The hotel was stunning an right next to the gorge and bridge (what Ronda is famous for). Daytime photo is the view from the restaurant at Don Miguel......absolutely stunning.

If you have another choices don’t pick this hotel.

We spent 120€ for the very very disappointed hotel! There’s no space for us to open our luggages. The room has a stairs looks scary to upper floor without any useful for such small room! The air conditioner only function is turn on and off without any remote control . The bathroom is so small that you just only stand still for shower. Our room is at the second floor and there’s no elevator you have to drag the big luggage to the room. The most worst part was down stairs is restaurant the windows had no soundproof the noises continued whole night until almost 2:00am. Starting noises 6-7:00 at the morning. We payed 120€ for the room couldn’t rest well and even hardly for shower . No freezer, no hairdryer no WiFi only has one bathroom you probably bang into washbowl.

Not told that the parking was a very long walk with heavy luggage in another hotel until I had found a temporary parking place and walked to the hotel. The bed was falling apart and I had to move the headboard to stop it banging on the wall every time I moved. The manager wanted to charge a lot more for the parking than the first lady I spoke to.

Vi tyckte boendet var tillräcligt bra för oss ,familj. Rent på rummen, rymligt.trevlig personal,restaurang med hotellet.Fick mycket för bra pris. Det som var lite sämre var att wifin var dålig, kanske bättre tvål som man kunde tvätta sig med efter toabesök.

Charming, Older Property

Excellent location in the Historic District of Ronda and has a vintage feel to it with a popular restaurant downstairs. Definitely not accessible as it does not have a lift but the exercise was worth it! One suggestion is that if you are being referred to the Hotel Don Miguel it would be advisable to inform your clients prior to their arrival. Stand firm and do not let them transfer you to Don Miguel as the management leaves much to be desired there and a lesson in customer could be taken from this hotel.

Realojado en el hotel Sevilla

El aparcamiento gratuito en el centro es muy difícil, aparqué retirado y al llegar con el equipaje para hacer el check in me dicen que tienen un problema con la habitaciones y me alojan en otro hotel más retirado del centro y de mayor calidad de los mismos propietarios, cerca de donde aparqué, otra pateada con el equipaje. ¿Por qué no me mandaron un email o me llamaron para informarme y ahorrarme esas molestias? En el Hotel Sevilla, la atención des servicio muy bien, la habitación muy bien, los colchones están regular y ya podían poner escobillas en los WC.
