The pool was filled with algae. The shower head was broken. There was no one there at check in so I had to wait from them to come from another property to bring the key. At night, it seemed I was the only one there,'It made me uncomfortable as a single female to be there alone.

ha estado faltal, el telefono no es el que aparece en la web, ni en google maps, no habia forma de poder comunicarse, luego estuve esperando 2 horas en la puerta a que alguien viniera, y luego me dan el telefono de otro hotel y me dicen que si necesitamos a alguien nos lo mandan de otro lugar al que nos alojamos, y que si necesitasemos algun cubierto que bajaramos a la parte de abajo, donde se supone que hay una cocina comunitaria, y que rebuscasemos, no hay ni para lavar los cubiertos, y los de limpieza, solo hicieron el baño y las camas. no vuelvo mas alli.

The site said someone would be there to greet us, and it took us MANY tries on the phone with a language barrier to communicate with someone to come to the hotel to let us in.

Bei Anreise war niemand im Gebäude vor Ort. Per E- Mail wurde eine Telefonnummer übermittelt, die man kontaktieren sollte zum Check-in. Nach Anruf wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es für den Tag keine Reservierung gebe. Ich solle in 20 Minuten wieder anrufen. Nach längerer Diskussion am Telefon wurde die Reservierung doch gefunden. Nach weiterer Wartezeit kam dann ein Mitarbeiter, der aufgeschlossen hat und den Schlüssel für das Appartment überreicht hat. Im Hotel kein Personal vor Ort, keine Gastronomie. Außenbereich etwas verschmutzt und abgenutzte Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme. Ansonsten sehr schönes andalusisches Stadthaus mit Pool, beeindruckender Hauptraum mit Galerie und Glasdach. Appartment einfach eingerichtet aber sauber und alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Dadurch dass keine weiteren Gäste im Haus waren war der Pool zur Alleinbenutzung. Am Abreisetag war dann eine Reinigungskraft vor Ort, die das gesamte Haus und den Innenhof gereinigt hat. Umgebung ruhig, aber zentral im arabischen Stadtteil. Umliegende Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar. In der Nebenstraße kleines Bio-Lokal mit sehr gutem Frühstück.

The worst ever.

This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune to make a booking for. So many things were wrong it's hard to list them. Swimming pool was empty but for a stagnant puddle of algae and flies buzzing. TV didn't work. Toilet cistern misfunction. Overflowed or didn't' stop. Needed to be manually operated by lowering or raising the float mechanism. Worst of all there was no hot water. It was a double bed but only three pillows provided. The location was difficult to find,and the sign outside was almost unreadable. OK it was cheap but it was dreadful.

Wir hatten das Hotel für eine Nacht gebucht. Eine Rezeption gibt es nicht. Die Übergabe des Schlüssels fand erst nach Rücksprache mit hotels.de mehr als 1 Stunde später, statt. Telefonisch war unter der angegebenen Nummer niemand zu erreichen. Wir waren im Hotel die einzigen Gäste und erhielten den Schlüssel für das gesamte Haus. Am nächsten Tag kamen weitere Gäste hinzu. Der Pool war veralgt und nicht verwendbar. Das ganze Haus macht insgesamt einen recht verwaisten Eindruck. Allerdings hat das Gebäude einen umwerfend historischen Charme und mit der Lage zum Platz und der Lage in der historischen Altstadt eine gewisse Einzigartigkeit. Wer sich mit einem historischen Ambiente anfreunden kann und bereit ist Kompromisse einzugehen. Ist in diesem Haus gut aufgehoben. Der Preis war allerdings für unser Dafürhalten nicht angemessen

Overall place is clean. However there are no on-site management. The staffs are located at another property, 5-10min walking. Checkin process was not easy as the property door was closed - had to call the property but they didn’t speak English well so took a few tries before sending someone to the property to open the door and check in. Additionally, would not recommend for solo female traveler as the room felt very unsafe (the bedroom had doors opened to the hallway that did not seem to be locked securely) and the establishment is very dark and scary at night.

L'accueil est assuré a distance depuis l'hotel Don Miguel. Encore fallait-il le savoir et avoir le bon numéro de téléphone pour les joindre... Coquet, du charme, au coeur de la vieille ville. Parcourir les rues pavées avec sa valise contribue à l'expérience.

No one was at the hotel to let us in ...we arrived in the afternoon and had reservations. The plumbing drains filled the rooms with a sewage smell. The wifi was difficult to open. Other guests arrived at night and couldn’t get in location is perfect. Room was clean and hotel was attractive. They just need someone to be there. We do not travel with a phone and even the other guests who did needed our help getting a number to call.
