In the area of Roquefort les Pins in 6 km from Valbonne, in a residential and green area, nice villa on a land of 2600 m². Pool (8mx4m), terrace and sun loungers. BBQ, pizza oven. Big terrace partially covered with fornitures. Shops 1 km. Beach 11 km.

Air conditioned villa, 170 m² : Living/dining room with TV (TNT), Internet wifi. Open Kitchen. Guest toilet. Master bedroom with 1 king size bed, TV, DVD. 1 bedroom with 1 big bed (160), terrace access. Bathroom with bath and shower. 1 bedroom with 1 big bed (140). 1 bedroom with 1 big bed (140), garden access. Loundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. Parking for 4 cars.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
