Cozy one bedroom cottage tiny home, newly decorated and ultra clean. This tiny house has everything you need in to feel at home. Close to high school and downtown shopping and events: only five blocks to school and seven blocks to downtown. Stay here while you are enjoying the annual Cinco de Mayo, Wind Fest, or 4th of July celebrations, concerts at the Lumberyard, graduation, or any of the other events that bring you to our small, welcoming town.

We loved our stay here! The host was phenomenal and gave us tons of info about local attractions and events. Communication was easy and effortless. The house had lots of beautiful shelves and places to tuck things, and all the essentials of a home away from home. Highly recommend!

House is Adorable and area is quiet!!! Very cute decorated well!!!! Everything you need and then some!!!! Only complaint is there were lots of dust bunnies and dead moths so I had to sweep the entire house because I had 2 very little kids that were on the floor a lot and the baby kept trying to eat the nasty stuff.

Great place to stay! We brought our grandson to the Rattlesnake Roundup and found this gem. Roscoe is a close drive to Sweetwater. It is a "tiny home" behind a house with adjacent parking. We arrived during the wind storm, so the inside of the property had a film of dust by no fault of the owners. It was surprisingly roomy with a kitchenette area, a separate living and bedroom area. The couch was a modern futon that transformed to a bed. The decor was cute and the rooms were situated wisely to maximize living space. Not including the dust, the inside could have used a light cleaning.There were some hairs, cobwebs, etc. but nothing appalling that would make you run for the hills! All over really relaxing and comfortable stay!

This is a great cottage with all the comforts of home. Easy parking and access, close to dining (Sweetwater) and some locals shops (Roscoe) that had unique items. Family felt safe in this small town neighborhood and no dogs or others items to wake you up. We will stay here again.

Highway noise is noticeable. Did not receive info on location and access code until 2 hours before check in time. Receiving this info the day before would have been extremely helpful. This maybe more on VRBO than the hosts. Other than that, very accommodating place to stay.

Wonderful little cottage

This little cottage was really nice to stay in and really a convenient location for the Rattlesnake Roundup in Sweetwater. The host was very hospitable and I’m thinking I’ll plan to book every year for the Roundup!
