The beds are nice, the pillows are not. The ac worked well. It was close to the function I needed to attend. What I disliked was the continental breakfast that was apples, Danish, yogurt, and coffee. At least that's all I saw. There is no place to sit to have this breakfast, even though there is an area that could be set up. There was no one at the front desk to ask if it was going to be set up, so I sat my brother to enjoy his coffee at a table that was there, and moved a chair over. All the sudden this older woman shows up, I did not get her name. She does not greet us, no good morning, no sorry but; and says this area is closed. Very unfriendly and to me, unprofessional. She then goes right back into a room and closes the door behind her and I don't see her again. We sat at the lobby, on sofas that were not clean and you sink into. Very difficult to get out of. This happened on 03/23/2024 in the morning. I do want to say that on 03/22/2024, the young lady that checked me in was very nice, attentive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay there. The climate control worked beautifully. The only thing was the shower head on the tub was partially stopped up and did not spray properly.

The breakfast Bar is a Joke! Yes, there were fresh apples! Then Sugar Pasteries to be microwaved! Tasted like the package they came from! They were very strict about closing the Breakfast Bar at 9! Which was OK, as there was n nothing to put up! However, they even drained the coffee pots, Yes, pouring out any left over coffee! I asked if they could not leave the coffee, letting the clients and staff drain the remaining coffee! Also, there was no coffee pot in the room! I mentioned it several times, and finally said forget it! Only, because of location, I might visit again, taking my own breakfast, with a Starbucks about a block away!
