We really enjoyed our two night stay at this Springhill Suites. The room was large (we got the two queen bed with pullout couch room) and very clean. We really appreciated the split bathroom with a toilet and sink in one room and a shower and sink in the other. It made getting ready in the morning much easier. Breakfast had very good hot and cold options - my son said the scrambled eggs were the best hotel eggs he’s ever had (and he is very picky about his eggs). Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Location and building felt safe and secure. We would definitely stay here again!

Found Bedbugs in room. I had one bite me. Room 207. Had no choice but to change rooms, which was not a problem but was a lot smaller room and my wife and did not get much sleep as we were afraid that room might be infested also.

To follow-up, we had our professional pest company come to examine the room and there was no evidence of bed bugs, so please rest assured that the room has been professionally checked and verified to be free of any pests. The expert said that this was probably an isolated incident that you experienced. Regardless, I am sorry that this caused your stay to fall short of your expectations. Regarding the room size, our rooms are all the same size, except our accessible rooms, which are larger to accommodate guests with disabilities. I am sorry if your room seemed smaller than the original, but I can assure you that the room you moved to was the same size (slightly larger, as you moved to an accessible room). Possibly the layout was slightly different and it made the room appear smaller. Again, I'm sorry that this also contributed to your dis-satisfaction. I hope we can have an opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations. Thank you again for your feedback. Happy New Year!.

I loved the hotel . It was my first time staying in a Springhill Suites. There was a dirty sock that belonged to someone else which means the housekeeping didn’t do their job correctly.

I was not able to check in until 5:50. They said rooms were still not clean. I told them to call me once a room was ready becase I had an infant and they forgot.

Stay away! The night staff at the hotel can barely operate the phone... The fire alarm went off from 1 am until 4 am and I've never seen such cluelessness and absolute incompetence. The Hispanic lady at the front desk also decided to put away the coffee pots that are normally out there 24/7 to further aggravate the lobby packed full of half asleep guests.... SHE NEEDS TO GO! The parking lots are also covered in bird droppings to the point that you can't see the painted lines. Tiny pool. Breakfast is very basic. Rooms are old and like many others have mentioned, there is a musty urine smell everywhere. They will also charge you extra if you book directly through them for some dumb reason. I regret not have chosen the Holiday Inn down the street for the same price... never again Springhill Suites.

Our alarm indeed went off due to illegal tampering and, as it should, it continued to go off until we were able to locate the source of the tampering. It was for the safety of our guests and our team that the alarm continue to sound until the issue is resolved. Because this was unfortunately in the middle of the night, we had to find an outside technician to assist us and that process took some time. We did everything in our power to respond in as timely a manner as possible, including having the general manager of the hotel personally come to oversee the situation. Regarding the mustiness of your guestroom, I am very sorry that this was your experience. Please be assured that we take your comments very seriously and will take measures to ensure that this is an isolated incident. Regarding the level of service you received while the alarm was going off, I am sorry that this was your experience. We will address this immediately with our team. Once again, thank you for taking the time to share your frank and candid feedback with us regarding your recent visit.
