“A great weekend in a lovely home!”

“Wonderful property! The house is beautiful and spacious with lots of fun things for both the kids and adults to do. The riverside fire pit is amazing, as is the hot tub and lovely deck overlooking the river. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Great location near New Paltz and the state park. ”

“Freezing temperatures and a ton of snow made for a winter wonderland. Had a phenomenon 5 days with family by reading books by the fireplace. Three thumbs up!”

“A beautiful, lovely, and very charming stay. My only regret is that the weather was so hot during my stay, so that I couldn’t leave the windows in the rental open to fall asleep to the bountiful sounds of the surrounding nature.”

“Misleading listing. Apartment is 2 blocks from major freight train route which ran all through the night. Clearly a known noise issue with earplugs and white noise machines in the bedroom. Would have been better to know upfront this would interrupt sleep throughout the night. Backs onto a bar so band noises till 1am. Backyard is tired and not as presented.”

“The hose is really cute and decorated well, however we were put off by the smell of the water. My family refused to even wash with it. We had to go to the store for bottled water and shower at a friend's house. Also the bedding needed to be laundered. I emailed the owner about these problems and did not hear back.”

“The interior bedroom pictures we found to be very accurate. Shower and Bathroom was excellent. Interior very well appointed. Bedding, beds, pillows, towels all comfortable and good quality. The home is a much older, historic type home. Although the home was clean, their was a smell during our stay that reminded us of pet smells. We figured that with the age of the home, there is a good possibility that the smell is just in the wooden floors. The area was under a heat advisory, if you own a……

“The rental of both side of this house was perfect for our family attending a wedding nearby. The house was very clean. All the beds were very comfortable and the kids used the sofa bed and airbed in the family room and were very happy with it. Kitchen had what we needed and communication with Seth was quick and helpful when we had questions. It was convenient to all of Kingston.”

“We had a very nice stay! The house was clean, felt very spacious for a tiny house, and we enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the morning. Would love to visit again.”
