This modern property changed hands in May 2022, and the entire interior was upgraded, resulting in a successful makeover :)

The house is spread over two levels. The upper level (in the main house) features two double bedrooms, a shower room, a living/dining room, a modern kitchen, and a terrace.

The lower level (accessible via the external staircase) has a double bedroom (en suite) with direct access to the pool terrace and a very well-equipped summer kitchen.

The highlight of the house is undoubtedly the outdoor area surrounding the pool, complete with a lounge, sun loungers, and a Mediterranean garden.

The unobstructed and breathtaking views of the sea, the Bay of Roses, and the Alt Empordà hinterland are simply stunning! Experience your most precious time of the year in this holiday home.

The fishing village of Roses is approximately 3 km away, and the neighboring beaches and towns are just a short drive away.
