Welcome to our cozy accommodation located in the Jardins 1 complex, well known for its swimming pools and garden areas. Perfect for a relaxing stay by the sea. With one bedroom and capacity for 4 people, this 35 square meter apartment offers comfort and functionality for your vacation.
From its 7 square meter terrace, guests can enjoy views of the refreshing communal pool, creating a serene and relaxing environment. Terrace furniture provides the ideal space to enjoy meals outdoors or simply relax in the sun.
Inside, the apartment has a kitchenette equipped with basic appliances, such as a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as kitchen utensils and tableware for guests' convenience.
The accommodation also offers additional amenities such as an iron and a television for guest entertainment, as well as a private outdoor parking space in the same building for added convenience.
It is important to note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price, so guests are advised to keep this in mind when planning their stay.
