Belle villa dans l´ensemble, etats general moyens

Belle villa recente ,pas tres loin du centre ville et de la plage Etat general moyen( carrelages manquants ou decollé par endroit, refrigerateur qui refroidit tres peu)

Bonne location de vacances

Ça fait quelques années que nous louons cette maison très agréable .les propriétaires font des améliorations tout les ans. Cette année un salon de jardin avec table en couleur crème très beau et des transats en plus. La literie est un peu dur.il faudrait une bassine pour laver les maillots de bain. Une serpillère avec un seau pour le sol. Un moule pour faire une tarte quiche. Aspirateur plus efficace. Prévoir des rideaux aux derniers étages pour limiter la lumière le matin, car nous dormons les portes ouvertes sinon il fait trop chaud
