Roses Heaven

This was our best holiday in Spain by far! Our hosts were very polite and we had everything that we needed for our dream holiday. A car is a definate must to visit all of the wonderfull beaches and the town.

Our Spanish getaway

Fantastic villa in hills of Roses. Truly, nice location.We used as our base for the week. Plenty of local restaurants - delicious Sole and Rump Steaks.We visited Besalu, Roses, Cala Rostella.We took the train from Figueres to BarcelonaOur hosts were very helpful and we had a lovely break.

The best parts of the villa were the views and lovely infinity pool . When we arrived the beds were not made and we had no bedding or towels and had to ask the host for them but otherwise it was well equipped. The hosts only spoke French but advertise they speak French, Spanish and English however we managed with translation on our phones. The day before we were due to leave we were informed by translation from the hosts that we were responsible for cleaning the villa but this was not in the booking site description. Myself and my three mature sisters have stayed in villas many times and have never been asked to clean when we leave. Overall the villa is nice but a car is an essential because the walk into town is a good thirty minutes.

Roses is een hele mooie stad waar veel te beleven valt. Dit gedeelde huis heeft een goede uitvalsbasis. En een heel mooi uitzicht. Verder toch wat puntjes die ons niet gelukkig maakte: *Geen info over in of uit checken.. Achter alles moesten we zelf vragen. *bij aankomst erg muffe en oude geur in huis die niet we met niets wegkregen. * geen beddengoed en handdoeken aanwezig (wij hadden deze bij omdat we dat zelf al tegenkwamen in een recensie) maar dit staat nergens aangegeven. *het huis is geen Villa maar een huis dat gescheiden is van de eigenaars naast de deur. Hier het nadeel dat ze met heel veel waren.. En ook allemaal continue rookten.. Wat als niet roker echt vreselijk is. * het zwembad en airco's zijn allemaal ingesteld met tijdsloten.. Je kan/mag zelf niet bepalen wanneer je deze gebruikt? +infinitiepool is enkel in de ochtend zichtbaar.. De rest van de dag staat de pomp uit.. Je betaalt in dit huis heel veel geld voor eigelijk niets aan privicy. . Voor ons voelde het alsof we op vakantie waren bij een ander gezin in huis. Soms probeerde ze zich dan weg te steken wat het soms ook heel akward maakt. Ook al zag je dat ze echt wel hun best deden om "subtiel" aanwezig te zijn.

Mooi uitzicht, rust, koel huis

Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie twee weken. Van de drukte in de omgeving naar de rust bij het huis boven op de berg, waar je een prachtig uitzicht hebt op het baaitje Canyelles petit. Fijn zwembad wat samen gedeeld wordt met eigenaar. Leuk hier geweest te zijn. Vele goede restaurants in de buurt.

Magnifique

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. La vue est énorme, spectaculaire nous a enchantés chaque jour. La maison est très confortable, avec des chambres spacieuses et une belle terrasse. Le propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et attentionné. Nous recommandons vivement cette location pour des vacances parfaites !

Meerblick ist nicht alles

Im unteren Schlafzimmer treten Feuchtigkeitschäden mit Schimmel und Modergeruch auf. Dieses war für uns deswegen nicht nutzbar. Wir mussten deswegen auf die Bettempore ausweichen. Das Küchenequipment war lustlos zusammengewürfel und der Backofen außer Funktion. Außerdem waren beim Fernseher nur französische Sender programmiert. Der Ausblick ist zwar spektakulär aber leider nicht alles. Insgesamt war die Wohnung angesichts der vorgefundenen Mängel überteuert. Leider können wir diese Wohnung nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Belle villa au calme avec vue magnifique

La Villa est moderne et bien equipee. la petite piscine est top.. propre avec une vue magnifique de la ville et de la cote. Situe en haut de la colline, on beneficie d'un petit vent tres appreciable. Il faut une voiture mais sinon ns avons bcp apprecie notre sejour ... cest top!

Une vue exceptionnelle sur la grande bleue !!

A l'arrivée, nous avons été scotchés par la vue. Panorama de rêve le tout dans un petit écrin de verdure sur lequel est encré une petite maison aux ondes positives. La piscine vient sublimer le décor grandiose. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, présents tout en restant discrets. Ce qui est parfait pour passer une semaine de détente et de vacances magiques. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Casa adosada con bonito jardin y piscina

En general todo bien, los propietarios que son muy amables viven en la casa adosada de a lado. Fueron siempre muy atentos con nosotras. Solo es importante saber que es necesario llevar sábanas y toallas, nosotras no llevabamos y ellos nos pudieron prestar unas, pero es necesario llevarlas.

Un cadre exeptionnel donnant sur une vue panoramique de la baie de Rosas, depuis une piscine à débordement magnifique ! Maison tout confort, jusqu’à même trouver des boissons rafraîchissantes pour votre arrivée !
