This fully equipped space is ideally situated just 150 meters from the sandy Santa Margarita beach and 300 meters from a local supermarket for your convenience. The vibrant town of Roses is only 2 km away, along with family-friendly fun at the Aqua Brava water park, located 3 km from the studio.

Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Golf Peralada, a mere 15 km away. The AVE train station is also easily accessible at 18 km, while both Girona Airport (60 km) and Barcelona Airport (160 km) are within a reasonable distance, making this location convenient for travelers.
