Studio Rosas Spain

Studio of 30 m² and its terrace located in a building on the 5th floor with elevator, overlooking the pools. Parking spaces at the bottom of the building.
It is located in a tourist complex with 3 large supervised swimming pools, tennis court, basketball, bowling, table tennis, weight machines, games for children, bar, restaurant, supermarket, baker ... Animations in summer.
This studio has 4 beds maximum (2 double sofa beds), several cupboards, a kitchenette, a bathroom.
The kitchenette is composed of two induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, mini oven, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, stoves, pans, dishes, pressure cooker, plates, glasses, cutlery ...
It also includes an iron, clothesline, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, TV, wifi, and a garden furniture for the terrace.
This studio is located 15 minutes walk from the main beach and the city center, very well served by transport.

État générale très bien, les piscines sont super, les commerces pratique, dommage il n'y a pas là climatisation, un peu loin de la plage à pied sinon c'était impeccable ,nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
