Puig Rom: Terraced house "Prisange", 2 storeys. 2.4 km from the centre of Roses, in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.4 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Canyelles petites" 2.1 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km, swimming bay 2.1 km. Sports harbour 2.5 km, golf course (18 hole) 15 km, tennis 3 km, cycle lane 1 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuático Aquabrava Roses 6 km, Centro paracaidismo y túnel del viento 11 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 23 km, Casino y festival de Peralada 24 km, Monaterio Sant Pere de Rodes 24 km, Cadaqués 17 km. Please note: car recommended, no lift. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Roses.

No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n M: 2,80x1,90x4,50 (fenced 1 car). Please note: non-smoking house. TV only FR. No lift.
