“Audrey is a great communicator. The place is very nice. Super clean. The distance is nice to downtown. It’s a two bedroom but there is a living room with double pocket doors to close off the room. And in the living room there is a sofa bed. This arrangement worked well for us because there was three of us all wanting our own space. “Enjoyed a short stay with my husband and step-son while considering Cal Poly Humboldt as a prospective student. The property is exactly as pictured. Super clean and tidy, new kitchen with beautiful appliances. The bathroom inspired me to redo my own! Comfy beds with cozy comforters and pillows.
