The property wasn’t the one we booked and were not told about the change until we arrived in Houston. The house was clean but not properly set up as an air b&b in my opinion, did have a basic set up. Neighborhood was clean and quiet.

The property was perfectly located for our needs, and the owners were very accommodating. We arrived in the city at 5 AM, and although the property wasn’t ready for check-in, they kindly allowed us to drop off our bags.One suggestion I have is to consider placing televisions in all of the bedrooms. When I mentioned this to the owner, she explained that some parents prefer to limit their children’s TV access; however, I feel that decision should ultimately be left to the parents rather than the property owners. Additionally, it would have been nice if the backyard grass had been trimmed, as we had a few small children with us and I wasn’t comfortable letting them play outside.Overall, I had a great experience. If the property is available, I would definitely choose to rent it again on a future visit to the area.

Nice house overall and the furnishings were mostly good. There was an issue with showers but the host was very helpful and was able to fix at first opportunity, for which I'm grateful.The glass front door that can see most of the house from outside was less than ideal and would benefit from a simple curtain. The foam beds I'm not a fan of but that's my personal taste(Just a heads up for people who likewise don't prefer dense foam beds).
