All shops and services in Rosières (4.5 km). On the ground floor, there is a large living room (TV, wood stove) with a fully equipped kitchen area and a lounge (games, library, iPhone docking station) set up in the old vaulted cellar, toilet.

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, TV, integrated radio), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200, TV, integrated radio), toilet. 3 steps: large bathroom (double sink unit, whirlpool bath and 2-person hammam shower, integrated radio, washing machine, dryer).

On the 2nd floor, a large living room (TV, Switch console, Wii, XBox 360-Kinect, DVD player), 1 suite (1 bed 160), below shower room with adjoining toilet.

From Puy-en-Velay, take the direction of Lavoûte-sur-Loire by the D103. In the center of Lavoûte, take the D7 towards Rosières then the D77 on the left at the entrance to Beaulieu. Follow Blanlhac to the center of the village and follow the Gîtes de France sign (small road on the right)
