Lage des Hauses, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen und 2 Liegen, Swimmingpool in der Nähe, sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal am Empfang und in den Restaurants und Geschäften, die auch Englisch sprachen und verstanden, freie Liegestühle und Sonnenschirm am Strand, jeden Tag Unterhaltungsprogramm und Sport am Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort gut, Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte immer möglich, fahrradfreundliche Straßen und Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung für Autofahrer, E-Mobile (Golfwagen) sehr häufig unterwegs mit älteren Menschen.
