From here, you step onto a spacious terrace furnished for outdoor dining, which opens onto a private garden that extends the living space into the open air. The first floor includes a bright bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower box, and a small balcony that brings in natural light. On the lower level, the semibasement hosts a second bedroom with a double bed, creating a quiet and intimate corner of the house.
