“Parking is good we didn’t have a drink in the bar.
We have stayed here many times over the years but it has gone downhill.
Poor maintenance in the bathroom… no hot water for a shower or a wash!
Went to breakfast and was told we had to be finished within half an hour… people on the next table… the waitress actually asked them to leave!!
My husband complained at reception but they just said ok I’ll let them no… with no apology.
Also check in not very welcoming!
Also they have spoilt the……

“This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar.
We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. The feathered steak was delicious. They have a bar and also a cocktail bar downstairs which we tried, the ambiance wa great and……

“Room was newly renovated and very spacious. Gym and pool were excellent, best gym I’ve ever seen as a hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. “A 1970s office block converted into a hotel. Rooms are huge by UK standard, both the room and equipment are very clean. Staff is friendly and experienced. The main complaint would be the WiFi - averaging 100-500kb/s, which is slow even by 2010 standards. Certainly need a replacement.
Elevators only stop on even floors, so you would need to walk 1/2 floor up or down to the 1F reception or room (uneven floor for me). Elevator is very fast and there are 3 of them, so no issues at all. The nearby……
