Hervorragende Kommunikation mit einem sehr freundlichen Service. Krankheitsbedingt stellten wir eine Umbuchungsanfrage, welche glücklicher Weise umgesetzt werden konnte. Tolle DHH, super ausgestattet, genug Stauraum, alles sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Absolut ruhig gelegen, aber in 5 Minuten ist man im Geschehen. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Wege zum Strand, Fähre, Restaurants etc. sind wirklich kurz. Besonders der Pkw-Stellplatz direkt vor Ort ist in Warnemünde nicht selbstverständlich. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Gemütliches Häuschen

Uns hat es gut in dem Häuschen gefallen, ein paar Kleinigkeiten haben uns jedoch gestört.Es gibt leider keine Jalousien und die Vorhänge sind sehr hell und lichtdurchlässig, damit ist es in den Schlafzimmern schon sehr zeitig hell und schlafen schwierig. Das obere Schlafzimmer ist recht klein und eng und mit Dachschräge, daher Vorsicht beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett. Das Fenster ist sehr weit oben und nur auf einem Hocker zu öffnen. Ein Lichtschalter unten bedient das Licht im Schlafzimmer oben, das ist blöd, wenn jemand im Bett liegt.Das Fenster im Bad ist nur über eine Fernbedienung zu öffnen und schließen, leider ohne Erklärung welche Knöpfe wie gedrückt werden müssen, dies findet man nur über probieren heraus.Ansonsten war alles super, Entfernung zum Strand ca. 10-15min. Der Kontakt mit der Hausverwaltung war sehr nett.

Sehr schöne FeWo. Super Vermietungsteam. Ablauf total unkompliziert. Wohnung ziemlich hellhörig, aber normal für die Wohnungen. Im Sommer im Dach das eine Zimmer bestimmt sehr heiß. Ansonsten alles in allem sehr hübsche Wohnung, alles dabei - Wäsche, Geschirr, Fön, komplette Küche, Nähe zu Hafen und Strand. Parkplatz am Haus, was in Warnemünde viel wert ist. Immer wieder gerne

Unser Kurzurlaub war sehr schön. Check in war völlig unkompliziert . Vorab wurde alles nötige telefonisch sehr freundlich geklärt. Beim nächsten Besuch wären zwei Schlüssel schöner. Aber wir haben auch nicht vorher nachgefragt. Wir hätten auch gern vor Ort ein sehr gutes Feedback abgegeben, aber wir hatten leider nichts zum Schreiben dabei. Unser Fazit: immer wieder gerne.:)

Ruhige Lage, Nähe der Promenade

Die Beschreibung im Internet spiegelt das Haus wieder. Terrasse nach Süden, Handtücher, aber auch Handseife, Geschirrspülmittel und -taps lagen bereit. Betten waren bereits bezogen. Kontakt mit Vermieter war sehr angenehm, Nachfragen per Mail würden schnell beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos. Gerne wieder!

Gefühl von Zuhause

Die Buchung war einfach. Kommunikation sehr freundlich, ehrlich, kompetent und immer erreichbar. Lage super! Ausstattung des Hauses besser als erwartet. Auch Internet hatten wir jederzeit. Parkplatz eng aber wir hatten immer einem Platz am Haus. Wir kommen wieder!

Klasse Sache an der Ostsee

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Es fehlte an nichts. Besonders die Lage ist prima. Die Promenade und der Leuchtturm, sowie der Hafen, sind zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen. Das ist ein großer Vorteil. Wir können diese Adresse nur empfehlen.
